Which Non-profit tax Status is your GLO?

I believe all of the social fraternities and sororities are 501(c)7, but I'm not sure about the NPHC fraternities and sororities.

I know Alpha Phi Omega is a 501(c)3, so I'd guess that Gamma Sigma Sigma and Omega Phi Alpha is as well.

Which of these non-profit statuses (or something else in the 501(c) IRS grouping) is your GLO?

DST is a 501(c)7.

We do have an affiliation with DREF (Delta Research and Education Foundation), which supports DST’s programming, which is a 501(c)3. Each are different organizations with different boards and staff.

APhiA is 501(c)7 with four associated 501(c)3 foundations/projects https://apa1906.net/foundations/

From my research, it seems to make more sense for orgs like mine to be 501(c)10, but because grantmakers usually don't award grants to anyone but (c)3s, here we are.

Sigma Nu is a 501(c)(7), the chapter itself will need to be 501(c)(7) before we own real property. The Sigma Nu Educational Foundation is a 501 (c)(3) and chapters are free to set up their own foundations or they can go through the Chapter Educational Foundation, a 501(c)(3).
