Hey Sigma Alpha's!
Sorry to bust in on your board, but I have a question for all of you. Do any of your chapters participate in formal recruitment with npc sororites? Sigma Alpha at Northwest is going to for the first time this year, and I was just wondering if any of you have any advice on the matter. For example, how do you work with the quota for npc and the ag major ratio for SA? Also, do you have any advice I could pass on to Northwest's Sigma Alphas? We had a fake recruitment with them to try and teach them the ins and outs of panhellenic recruitment and answer any questions they had on the matter, so they know a little bit but are still really nervous about it! They will also have an informal recruitment after panhellenic recruitment...they just thought this would be a good way to get some girls that didn't know about/normally wouldn't have considered SA. I guess I'm just curious on the matter and want to help make the transition eaiser for Sigma Alpha. You should be proud of your Northwest chapter, they are super sweet and really a great group of girls.
