Stepping

Which one of your fraternities have a step team? Who teaches stepping? Where do you learn stepping?

The question is,

How do you start an organization when you haven't done the slightest bit of research about what else is out there? Also, why is GC your research source? :/

Because all GC posters are professionals! Duh!

Seriously, though, I don't know why the OP wants to start a new GLO when the things he's interested in are already present in several other organizations.
