UCLA: Arrest for Alleged Attempted Murder at a Fraternity House
A UCLA student has been arrested on charges of attempted murder; he allegedly attempted to strangle a woman at the Theta Chi house She was treated at a hospital and has been released. Reportedly, his Facebook page mentions his Theta Chi membership. This seems to have been the action of one person, not the whole fraternity chapter.

Update

The charges have apparently been modified and the individual who was arrested is out on bail; see report posted at
