Was trying to find out the name of the brother who wrote a book about the founding of Alpha Phi Alpha, and the first person to say Charles H. Wesley wil be going into the CUT

You might be thinking of Bro. Darius J. Gourdine. He wrote the book "Jewels: The story of the founding of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity"
