Yes they did close in 1974, but as of right now there is no AA located anywhere in Utah. Like nauadpi said, all you need is five dedicated sisters, which you might be able to find. You might be able to call EO and find out if they know if any sisters are living in Salt Lake City. I'm not sure if they will give you the info, but if you tell them you are moving there an interested in starting an AA they might be more "receptive" to giving the information out.
Anyone know why Beta Gamma closed? Does University of Utah still have an active Greek life?
