Thumbs up Nebraska football returns to red pants!

I know there are some college football fans out there...Big news here in Big Red land is that the new Athletic Director has banished the all white road uniforms to that big laundry heap below!

Expect a return to prominence...

It's really a shame you don't play Oklahoma this coming season.

Was looking forward to seeing Lord getting pasted.

Might be a good way to draw attention away from the red faces of last season.

Unless Barney Cotton (the new offensive coordinator) is just blowing smoke up our ass out here in Lincoln about throwing the ball more often, there is no way that J. Lo will be our quarterback.

Personally I'd like to see him moved to I-back or wingback b/c I think he would be way more effective. Expect either RS Frosh Curt Dukes or incoming true freshman Joe Dailey to battle for the starting job with Dukes getting the go ahead at least for the first three games.

And expect to see us back in the top 20 by the end of this year. We'll also restart the 9 wins in a season streak. We'll beat A&M up here, and also keep K-state at bay since it is in the friendly confines at the shores of the Sea of RED. Penn State will be interesting and I think we can win it. I think we'll lose at Colorado and at Texas.

jammal lord wouldnt be a good running back b/c he cuts back too often which causes him to lose yards. i think they stick with horne this year b/c hes big time, and also, dont countm stuntz out as a contender, although i would think it would be dukes.

i gotta say, its awesome they are going old school, hopefully theyll go back to the look of the generic 94-95 jerseys too, that would be sweet!

If you guys can make it to the conference championship next year (unlikely, but there's always a small possibility..), I'm sure we'll see you on our way to the Sugar Bowl!

nah.. they have to make it past Missouri.. that'll never happen. We Sooner fans had to experience the years of Schnellenberger and Blake.. Now the other Big Red can have a few down years... Welcome to the club.

Ya'll had a great recruiting season. Fran has had talent against OU before and it didn't help him much.

Well, now he's got:

#16 Reggie McNeal

Rushing No Gain Loss Net TD Lg Avg
--------------------------------------------
McNeal, Reggie 16 106 17 89 0 33 5.6

Passing Att-Cmp-Int Yds TD Long Sack
--------------------------------------------
McNeal, Reggie 13-8-1 191 4 61 3

A&M 30 OU 26

kt,

It'll be a tough game, A&M hasn't won in Norman since '97.

A lot of Ags are truly excited to see what Fran can do with our talent on offense, the Wrecking Crew, and the other facilities that A&M has to offer.

C'mon man, lemme have a little, y'all won the Big XII, lemme revel in the upset a bit
