PGD-GRAD, he offered me the job, but not the one I applied for (biology)--he wanted me to teach advanced math classes, like calculus! And I said that that would certainly be a disaster and he insisted that since I had a PhD, I would surely be able to stay a page ahead of my classes. Wrong! I declined.
