An 18-year-old female ASU student was arrested for being a minor with alcohol in her body early Saturday morning . . . . Police reportedly found the woman "passed out on the floor of her dorm room." The suspect's "roommate and friends stated she was dragged into the hall by fellow . . . sorority sisters and left," police said. The woman was reportedly awakened by Tempe Fire when ASU police could not wake her. "I drink every night, but I never felt like this," the suspect reportedly told police.

Doesn’t sound like what most alcohol awareness programs, pamphlets, web sites, PowerPoint presentations, and so on recommend, but maybe it’s considered good practice at some schools.
And we need to note this is "reportedly" what happened. In situations like this, there can be confusion and sometimes statements are made to try to deflect blame.
