Sorry to crash, but it cracks me up how they keep putting the accent on "Jose." Yeah, that's how it's supposed to be spelled, but it isn't written that way very often. (I'm a San Jose native.)

If anyone is interested .. the web site for the new colony is already up ... Yeah to the publicity dept!!!

its a bit bare yet ... but does have place holders for announcements for when things get going in the fall.

If anyone is interested .. the San Jose State Colony website has a recruitment schedule for the colony posted. Sounds like the effort is already in full swing ...

There schedule reminds me of my start up days. I don't think or remember a philanthropy day or meeting. We had an info session on a sunday night and interviews on tuesday and wednesday. and pref on thursday. Thinking back and reading other stories AXiD moved quickly on my campus.

One week we were an interest group and the next week we were wearing letters.

Pretty awesome!

There's an interest group involved in this colonization, and they've already registered for the Walk Now For Autism coming up on 5/30 in San Jose as a team under Alpha Xi Delta's name. That's so exciting! Having just gone through the whole colony thing I know they're going to have a great time. If alums are supporting them the way they supported us, they're in for a great first year

Yayyyy how exciting! Congrats! I wonder if I know any of them...I can't really tell. My biological sister is hopefully transferring to SJSU from a community college next year. Ohhhh I wish she would go Greek!
