It is a Sleeping bag attached to a chair. Like the Snuggie, but for camping.
It looks kind of like a haz mat suit. The customer comment are awesome.

My mother has succumbed to the Cult of the Snuggie.
Last time my husband and I visited my folks, we each tried it out. I found it awkward and, well, silly. But now he wants to join the Cult of the Snuggie.
