i love them all and hate that there can be only one winner. i do like lacey the least however-she plays to the camera too much for my liking.
did you all like the fox dance she and sabra did? my family loved it and even my husband got it-maybe all those years having to attend his sisters ballet recitals paid off.

I liked it, but not as much as I liked the dance the guys did. But, like the judges said if it had not been explained I don't think many people would have gotten it. It seemed like childrens theater material to me. Maybe it would have helped if they had bushy tails instead of tails of silk hankies and maybe face makeup.

While I like who won tonight, I can't help but believe that the "grassy Knoll" theories I read are true. I don't think the winner was as good as the runner-up.
(Trying not to spoil the winner for those who haven't seen it yet.)

I was hoping it would come down to Lacey and Sabra, but I was happy that Sabra won.
I thought the finale was pretty boring this year though. I enjoyed the clogger kid's dance and it was nice to see some of the routines again (especially Sara & Pasha's west coast swing, and Dominic & Sabra's hip hop chair dance). I was hoping to see Kam & Lacey's Mia Michaels routine from week one, though.

Over at TWoP there is a whole thread dedicated to how the producers were grooming certain dancers to stay and win. After reading on various message boards (including this one) about technical aspects of dances performed, I realized just how talented Danny was. I know producers play a part in how episodes are edited and put together, just wish the best dancer was the winner.
I like Sabra, but thought Danny was just that much better. (Especially as he started to come out of his shell.)

It's just like when Nigel said Danny was the best dancer like Blake (from season 1). I SO thought Blake should have won and I STILL don't know how he didn't because I thought he had the audience, but who knows.
Danny I totally understand not winning. With Anya as his partner they felt like the old, mature couple of the show. And it didn't help that they always seemed to get boring ballroom kind of stuff (which I do NOT consider boring, it just played up their maturity level too much). Danny was hard to relate to for the younger viewers until he was partnered with someone else and that's exactly when he got to stop dancing for his life and started doing better...

Man, was I the only one who picked the winner as my LAST choice??
I actually had them this way... 3,2,4,1
Sad. :-(
I didn't have as hard of a time dialing, but then again I was voting for the one that got number 2 over and over and over again....
And I couldn't stand Blake. And the MTV reality show just showed why.

Oh yeah, he was AWFUL in Dancelife, but he was beyond and amazing dancer in SYTYCD.

Yeah, he's a great dancer, no doubt, but even in SYTYCD, I felt like he was such a jerk to everyone else.
I just find it interesting that there are so many professional dancers on there, anyway...
