I don't think they ever mentioned that fifth years can't stay active because Frannie had every intent of overstaying her welcome as ZBZ Pres. if you remember. Casey freaked out b/c it had been promised by Frannie (and Frannie's master plan) to her. Then the whole fiasco occured and Frannie got booted anyway. I don't think she'd had even bothered trying to get back if they were going to let her loose anyways. I couldn't imagine having to leave just b/c that. Unless you wanted to go.

see, thats what i thought... everytime you bring in a "new class" of folk, its never as awesome as the first time around. Evan/Casey/Cappie/Ashley will graduate out (well maybe not Frannie, based on her meeting with the advisor, and Cappie, since hes had every major under the sun) and it will leave Rusty/Dale/Calvin/Rebecca? If that's the case, their storylines need to be beefed up a lot more! There are so many directions this show can go but I don't know if the writers will take it. Who knows, maybe Calvin starts his own Christian frat or decides to rush as a sophomore? Or maybe some alum come back to visit? or maybe even an MCG comes to Cyprus-Rhodes?

I think Jen K shouldve stayed, and her storyline of doing a greek expose couldve been drawn out. So could the flashbacking and us finding out how the drama between KT and OC started. that just shortened the series a few episodes, maybe even a full season.

Maybe ABCFamily didnt expect for the show to be a hit and didnt plan, writing-wise, for more than a couple of seasons.

So now i'm because I thought Evan and Cappie were presidents of their respective fraternities. So since Evan isn't President of Omega Chi, is Cappie president of Kappa Tau.

I loved when Rusty clarified that its a "fraternity" not a "frat."

I find Dale adorable in a wierd way.

i swear i rebuke this whole FREAKING* show.

i think im done with the show... nothing even remotely makes sense and im starting not to care what happens anymore. I dont wanna spoil anything, but NOTHING is happening between Frannie and Evan. nor with Rebecca. The writers cant think were that gullible.

That whole thing with Rusty and the girl, so American Pie i cracked the hell up. Please give Dale and Calvin some more play - they really hold it together!

and yeah @ epchick, i too thought Evan was President of Omega Chi. im confused as well.

*only used FREAKING because its ABCFamily, but you know what i meant.

Evan was president of Omega Chi. He was sitting at and I believe heading the president's round table in the first or second episode. The show doesn't make any sense anymore

It's because he IS president of the Greek Council... a little higher on the totem pole, although some would argue its lower. but yes... Cappy is the Kappa Tau president.

This week episode was a little bit of a sore, it is missing the campiness it has had in the past. Although, love the prospect of the USAG girl and rusty. This could be fun. I am also starting to love Rebecca Logan. She is becoming more human. I was thinking the same of Frannie (although, always weary), but that Frannie/Evan scene, made no sense. Totally lost, but good news is that old Frannie might me coming back.

What I would like to see is Casey's best friend, Ashleigh, get a little more play? Tonight she showed that she can think on her feet more then she gets credit, but it would be fun to see something that shows she isn't as much of an airhead as she seemed.

Oh, LOVED the "we prefer fraternity" (not frat) shout out. love it.

Oh, and the 'when will these guys graduation question,' Spencer Grammer (Casey) was on Leno or Letterman or Conan or Silverman's Boy Toy's show, (can't remember) and she said that they are going to ignore the whole, four years and you graduate thing, and they all will go well into their 6th or 7th year if the show last that long. They all signed 5 year contracts.

Me too. I heard SO many guys tell that to people in college. It was great.

And the titles of the characters do make sense.

Evan and Casey were a power couple which was going to help them both get President for the next school year. However, b/c of the Frannie drama Casey became president early.

I just think Evan had responsibility in other areas before and we assumed he was Pres. Oh, and he was set to be in charge of the Greek Task Force (after the whole Jen K debacle), not Greek Council. If I remember correctly.

Like I said before, Frannie & Evan are NOT gonna happen. If it were to, not this soon in the series. Its a total decoy. And yes, i DO see old Frannie coming back, just not in a I'm-stealing-your-man way.

As for how long this show goes on before it gets absolutely ridiculous, well, if every season is a semester (unless that was because of the writers strike), they can go that long. But i predict the show will get canceled before that.

Rusty and Anna (that was USAG Girl's name, right?) shouldnt happen either. I just dont like it or see it happening. and this USAG thing is so ridiculous-can we give Dale something? He doesn't have to get laid, but sheesh, something.

Then again, i'm all about ridiculous campus causes. I was a part of the Milk and Cookies Club at one point in college (what? they made good cookies!)

ETA: now that i think about it, the next episode is Parents' Weekend. I wanna believe that Dale's folks aren't as holy-rolling as he is. Kinda like Emily in Felicity (she was all dark and twisty and her parents were total straightlaced)?

And again, i swear to you Rebecca Logan isn't pregnant. She's probably gonna claim she loves Cappie and he'll be all OMGWTFBBQ.

Maybe USAG girl could rush and not get into ZBZ but into a lesser sorority and then have it out for ZBZ - bring some new plot lines into the show. Or, she recruits Jen K to join USAG?? (I'd rather see Jen K. just make repeated attempts to get Rusty back) Ashley definetly needs more plot lines. Maybe Ashley and Casey could (Unknowingly) start hooking up with the same guy - who is in a DIFFERENT fraternity than Omega Chi or Kappa Tau.

The shows been renewed for a second season. Its up on tv.com I really like this show. I think it has excellent character drama, and its kind of campy like scrubs in a way. Rusty sometimes annoys me though.

That's kinda old news, especially since they are airing the second season already. Do you mean a third season?
