So basically, everyone will be profiled.
I find it ridiculous when people make comments like "they hate us and our freedoms" or better yet, "they hate america, and that means they hate me". Pick up a book, learn something, and then make an intelligent argument.

I don't have any interest in learning about their culture. This is the United States of America and they should pick up a book and learn some American History.

I'm not saying all of them, I'm just saying if I saw a group of Saddam "Insane" worshipers, I wouldn't get on the same plane as them. As far as bringing Saddam to power, you're right and that's what makes this country so weak. This is the richest most powerful country on earth and we choose to give billions of dollars to countries that start a lot of trouble. I would just let them be. If they want to kill each other let them kill each other, then we wouldn't have to worry about them anymore. They have been causing trouble over in that part of the region since the beginning of time.

That's great, but the thing is, you could get on the plane with people who think that all the time and you would never know.
Someone's religion is not an indication of how they feel about Saddam or this country.
Or is that difficult for you to understand.
And it seems a stretch to say that if someone is pro-Saddam then they are anti-US, considering that we now know that Saddam was not behind 9/11 and considering that Saddam was our best buddy in the 80's.
|
And it's obvious you missed my point, so I'll say it again. I said that if I saw a group of people praying to allah and supporting Saddam, I wouldn't get on the plane. As far as people thinking about it, no, I don't know what's on their mind, but if my eyes can see it, then that's when I can make a choice. I don't think it's a stretch for me to think if someone is pro-saddam that they hate this country. If they like him they don't like this country. That's like saying that not everyone that supports the KKK dislikes black people. I'm not concerned with what happend in the 80's I'm talking about right now. I follow Christ, and if someone wants to follow allah, or some other being that they believe is the creator, then so be it. Also, I never said that someones religion is an indication of how someone feels about this country. The bottom line is you're having a difficult time understanding that I don't agree with you, so lets just agree to disagree.

You've said this like 3 times already. If I was in an airplane, you'll see me "praying" to Allah. You probably would be the first to report me. LOL. Maybe not, cus I'd hardly doubt you recognize me as a muslim.
FYI, Allah is the the Arabic word for God. Same God as the Jews and the Christians. It's all about that Abrahamaic lineage love, baby.

Negative. What I'm having a difficult time with is judmental people such as yourself who feel that anyone who doesn't proclaim their love for Jesus is terrorist and trying to kill every American. It simply isn't that way.

Don't waste your time typing. I get the feeling that he's one of those folks who blocks out any word that isn't "Jesus".

I was going to say the same thing. Prettyboy, now you're just showing pure ignorance. You've basically said that muslims=saddam lovers. Do you know how many Iraqis are grateful he's gone?
Islamic extremists are like fundamentalist christians in this country. So convinced of their truth that they block out reason and perpetuate falsehoods and ignorance.
You'd hate it if I said that all christians are like Fred Phelps and the Westboro Baptist Church, so why do you persist in saying that all Muslims want to blow Americans up?

I know, total scum. They completely do it for attention. If people stopped giving them attention, eventually they'd quit. In my other forum, we did a photoshop thread and put different slogans on their protest signs. Easily the funniest thing I have EVER seen. I'll try to find a bunch and repost them here.

Saddam supporters hate this country, so again, you still don't get it. Let it go, agree to disagree.

I'm not going to get into the whole Allah, God thing. I read the Bible, not the Koran, but anyway that's a whole nother thread. I don't have anything against Muslims, but I do have something against Saddam supporters, and if you're a Saddam supporter, you're right, I would get off the plane......baby.

Did I say all Iraqis support Saddam? I don't think so. I said Saddam supporters hate this country.

Also someone show me where I said all Iraqis hate this country and support Saddam. Show me where I said that all Muslims hate this country. You can't because I never posted that. Re-read my post, if you think differently.
