I think I'm going to schedule one for the first day before things start. I don't feel too confident though, as two of my flights are reported to be 0% on time.

I shouldn't complain, the collegiate president is flying from Anchorage, and has to leave at 5 am or some nonsense like that on Sunday. I'll be snoozing peacefully.

The package of facial, massage, manicure & pedicure is $185, doesn't seem too unreasonable. I say yes to that!

Yeah, flying in and out of Anchorage is a pain in the butt. When I worked for United I always had a hard time routing people because flights were always at some weird time.

Normally I'd say that $185 could be spent elsewhere, but how often do I get to go on vacay at a place like that?

I'm flying into PSP and will arrive there at 11:25 am on Wednesday. My flight on Sunday goes out at 4 pm.

ETA: Unless I win 270 mil in the Megamillions tonight, then I'm buying that hotel and using it as my winter house, with plenty of guest rooms

If I were going by myself, I'd would have flown into PSP, even with changing planes...but with 3 people, it's easier this way to go to LAX, lol.

I think we're on the same flight, too funny!

ETA: Oh no we're not. I come in the next day, same time though.

While I have no excuse for complaining about the weather here it has been raining for days and days and it's not expected to clear up until Friday.

I could use some sunshine myself.

It was actually beautiful here today!!! It is almost 9pm and still 82 degrees, and tomorrow it is suppose to be 76!!! Too bad I am stuck in the office all day-- and my office doesn't even have a window!

But back to topic--- I am arriving on Wednesday at 720pm in PSP, and flying out on Sunday at 920am.

Just popping in briefly to post that I sent in my registration packet just before the deadline. Still trying to figure out flights and now the husband is saying...but its so close, shouldn't you just drive????

Ummm....only if he lets me use his car, because 4 sets of luggage will not fit into mine!

Hey Sandy, I'm hoping you're still all knowledgeable in all things United and can answer a question for me. Do they ever reduce the price of flights? and if so, is it at a certain time? The flight that I'd prefer to take is the more expensive of the two options and I'm wondering if I should just book it or if there is a chance they might reduce the price. Do you know?
