The name may be a misprint. Natane Adcock is a model. Here's her picture.

I am not surprised about him and Natane. They were rumored to have been messing around years ago. They were all hugged up in pictures from past issues of Vibe magazine. (Like around 2000 or 2001) One of the pictures had a caption something like like "Can't keep her little model hands off me" She was one of Aaliyah's close friends. Another issue had a picture of the three of them, Kidada, and maybe Damon Dash too hanging out . He even mentioned her in a song or two. One of the songs is the remix of I Miss You that Jay-z raps about "Natane misses you....." (pronounced like Na-Tauny)
Maybe they are just good friends
I was trying to find those pictures but here are two old articles referring to them:
Leo's Supermodel Switch: Gisele & DiCaprio Snuff CK Model's Birthday
Fashion Wire Daily
May 08, 2000
Calvin Klein model Natane, who hosted her 24th birthday bash Thursday night at Chelsea hot spot Eugene, with boyfriend rapper Jay Z, was upstaged by the mannequin of the moment, Gisele Bundchen. Natane, who was coaxed into modeling by her mother, Nian Fish, creative director of KCD -- which produces runway shows for Helmut Lang and Versace -- seemed to fade into the background when Gisele arrived with current beau Leo DiCaprio. According to pals on the scene, Natane had trysted with Hollywood's golden boy once last year, but it fizzled quickly. A fashionista flack said about DiCaprio: "Oh, I don't think he's attractive at all. He looks like a fat little pig." Pork roast, anyone?
2nd Article
DiCaprio's catwalk girls
Leonardo DiCaprio and new girlfriend Gisele Bundchen (VH1's Model Of The Year) were the centre of attention at a trendy New York nightclub for Calvin Klein postergirl Natane's birthday party.
Natane reportedly had a fling with Leo last year and, according to Fashion Wire Daily, the "Titanic" actor and his new lady Bundchen stole the limelight away from the birthday girl, much to some partygoer's chagrin: a disgruntled guest apparently stated, "I don't think [Leo's] attractive at all. He looks like a fat little pig."
DiCaprio has been romantically linked to a plethora of models, including Kate Moss and Vanessa Haydon.
Natane is currently dating rapper Jay-Z.

Halle's New Man
Movie goddess Halle Berry was happy to make the first move to snare new man Steve Jones, according to the British TV presenter himself.
Jones -- who works for Britain's Channel 4 network -- was astonished when, after interviewing the Monster's Ball beauty, Halle asked for his phone number.
And Jones -- who has since traveled to America for a date with the Oscar winner -- admits he was so taken aback by the gesture he remained in a state of utter disbelief for quite some time.
He says, "When I interviewed Halle she was being so flirty and I was being silly.
"Then at the end she said, 'I enjoyed that, can I get your number?' I couldn't believe it."
Got the above article from blackvoices.com.

WOW! I guess she got tired the brothas. But seriously, Halle has some issues she needs to work on. But if she's happy with him, God bless her.

Mother Takes Home Daughter Thought Killed
Mother Takes Home Daughter Thought Killed
By JOANN LOVIGLIO, Associated Press Writer
PHILADELPHIA - A 6-year-old girl who was allegedly kidnapped as a newborn and was thought to have died in a fire was returned to her mother Monday.
Luzaida Cuevas quickly ushered the girl through a back door into her Northeast Philadelphia home as night fell. The girl, dressed in a blue hooded jacket and pink pants, giggled but did not speak.
Cuevas, 31, and the child she named Delimar Vera were officially reunited Monday afternoon at state family services offices in Burlington County, N.J., the mother's attorney, Alexander Murphy Jr., said in a statement. The family planned a "small, private gathering of friends and family" to celebrate, he said.
Police allege that a relative, Carolyn Correa, snatched the 10-day-old girl from her crib in December 1997, torched the house to cover her crime and raised the infant as her own.
Correa, a cousin by marriage of the girl's father, is charged with arson, kidnapping and 13 other counts. Correa, 42, of Willingboro, N.J., has been held on $1 million bail since her arrest March 2.
Cuevas said she instantly recognized the girl as her daughter at a Jan. 24 birthday party. DNA tests established that Cuevas and Pedro Vera were the girl's biological parents, police said.
Cuevas and Vera, who are no longer a couple, were awarded legal custody of their daughter Friday. The three have met several times to get acquainted and to prepare for the child's transition to her mother's home.
Child psychologists believe the change will be traumatic for the girl, who has left the only home and family she ever knew. Her parents will try to alleviate any distress and confusion by calling her by the name she was given by her alleged kidnapper — Aaliyah Hernandez.

You know what, Halle needs to SHAD. Hasn't she gotten enough of pursuing men? She pursued and ultimately proposed to David Justice and you see where that got her. I need for her to slow her roll.

Teacher suspended for showing 'Passion' clips
WASHINGTON (AP) -- An elementary school teacher was suspended last week after school officials learned that he showed students excerpts from the movie "The Passion of the Christ."
Ronald Anthony, who teaches at Malcolm X Elementary School, was placed on paid leave while investigators look into the incident, Elfreda Massie, the interim superintendent for District of Columbia Public Schools, said Friday.
Massie said Anthony acknowledged showing some of his sixth-grade students portions of the R-rated film on Tuesday. The movie depicts the crucifixion of Jesus and includes violent scenes. At least 16 students are believed to have seen portions of the film, Massie told The Associated Press.
School officials learned of the incident when a parent complained, Massie said.
The school sent a note to parents Wednesday, saying the film shouldn't have been shown and that the teacher believed it connected historical events from the students' social studies book.
Massie said Anthony "used poor judgment" and should have relied on more appropriate materials to for the lesson.
Attempts to reach Anthony for comment were unsuccessful.
School officials also said they are looking into how Anthony obtained a copy of the film, which has not been released on video.
The Mel Gibson film has drawn criticism from Jewish leaders who fear it will lead to anti-Jewish sentiment, while winning praise from some Christians for its portrayal of Christ.
I'm gonna need him to stop showing the babies bootleg movies... Right damn now! Cheese and rice!

LOS ANGELES -- Paul Winfield, an Academy Award-nominated actor who was known for his versatility in stage, film and television roles, including a highly praised 1978 depiction of the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., has died. He was 62.
Winfield died Sunday of a heart attack, said his agent Michael Livingston.
In 1968, Winfield played the boyfriend of Diahann Carroll in her situation comedy "Julia" _ a role that some suggest helped open television to other black performers.
Four years later Winfield's portrayal of the father in "Sounder" earned him an Academy Award nomination for best actor.
He was Emmy-nominated for best actor in the title role of the 1978 miniseries "King," and nominated the next year in the best supporting actor category for playing a college chancellor willing to sing Negro spirituals to get donations for his school in "Roots: The Next Generation."
He finally won an Emmy in 1995 for a guest appearance on "Picket Fences." He played a federal judge whose rulings on busing inner-city children are challenged by a local resident.
Despite acclaim, Winfield was often relegated to supporting roles, including playing Jim in a 1974 remake of "Huckleberry Finn."
Sidney Poitier hired Winfield for his first movie role in "The Lost Man" in 1969. Other significant roles included an appearance in the Broadway play "Checkmates" with Denzel Washington, and his portrayal of Don King in a 1995 HBO movie.
A Los Angeles native, Winfield was born May 22, 1941. Until he was 8, he was raised by union organizer Lois Edwards, who later married Winfield's stepfather.
He was bused to the predominantly white Manual Arts High School in Los Angeles and was named best actor for three years in a row in an annual Southern California high school drama competition.
He later studied drama at four colleges before leaving the University
