Overall, this week's episode was pretty good. I'm glad that Kenny understands the nature of Lionel's condition (Asperger's disorder) and is willing to let him remain at the shop.

I'm glad too. I have a student with the syndrome. He cannot stand loud noises. To us, they really aren't that loud, but to him it's LOUD. He only understands/process single ideas, commands, etc. He loves 70s ROCK songs (he's AA ya'll). It's funny to see him.

I was in stitches when he put that dollar down Terri's shirt! Unfortunately I was still laughing when the show went from comedy to drama when he broke that glass! I thought some glass was going to get in Ahmad's eye or something like that. I was like, dang...he fixed that car and everything! They need to adopt him into the family, but he wouldn't last with all of the arguing they do!

I couldn't believe that was Denny from the Cosby Show! He played the heck out of that part!

I was also laughing when Bird told the chick in the club to "enjoy the view" then she switched her little tail to the bathroom! If she ain't a bi-curious sumthin'! Man...I just know her and Eva are gonna get it on and they are gonna gt caught by Lem! lol

Can't wait until next week...

Let me jump in on the Cosby Show trivia!

Denny dated Jade, but Theo didn't qutie lust after her. He did kiss her that time that they were rehearsing lines for her play. You know, when they were in the common area of Justine's dorm (Tishina Arnold was on that episode too and played Justine's baldheaded friend :P). As a matter of fact, Jade didn't ever remember Theo's name.

Theo did date VLW later in the show when she played a character that was a visiting student from Barbados. I forgot what her name was that time around.

Buried way in the back of the latest Essence (with Jada on the cover) is a little ad stating that the first season of Soul Food will be available on DVD June 24 - a 5 disc set containing all 20 episodes.

so believe that Damon & Teri will NOT get married, so help me S.F.W. (Soul Food Writers) lol.

Although I would like for them to get married.....but then why bother since this is his last season with her anyway? They (the writers) will probably write him off as getting a job somewhere MAJOR long distance where he will have to relocate, or have him in detox program where he has to go away, OR lawd no..... kill him off in a D.W.I.

I would hope that they wouldn't do the latter.

I know he needs to come correct with that ring!!!

Why would he leave the show if next season is the last anyway? I don't understand. He wasn't supposed to return this season, but he came back. All these rumors drive me crazy. I wish that Sou Food isn't really going off the air next season. That would be disgusting. I love that show too much.

I totally enjoy the show! I plan my evening events BEFORE 9:55 P.M. to allow time to get on the sofa with the blanket, dim the lights, a beverage and the remote.

After next season, what am I to do on Wednesday nights?

I have just laughed TOO hard!! Why did Lionel BLAST Terri out about not liking her ring? That look that he gave her had me ROLLING!!!

As far as Cynthia Burrows, she is a BIA-BIA!!! (I may have to blast my Lil Jon & the Eastside Boys) I wish that Terri would have taken her to the cleaners!

HC Kenny keeps trippin' on Lionel when his daughter isn't but a stones throw away from getting a check on the 1st and the 15th herself?
