1. To all new members of the the sorority I belong to: MAKE SURE YOU INTRODUCE YOURSELF IN THE APPROPRIATE THREAD on AKA Avenue. Thank you!

**(this isn't what has me vexed...well kinda it is, but not why I came to post up under (LOL) this topic)**

2. TO THE SO AND SO'S IN MY DEPARTMENT: Just because you CHOSE to teach students where you would have 18+ students on your IEP caseloads, do not hate the player (me and others) who only have 4 students on our caseload, because WE CHOSE to teach certain students...hate the game. Remember, seniority has its benefits.

3. TO THOSE SO AND SO'S WHO DO NOT COME TO WORK: Do not think that I am going to do your IEPs cause you do not want to come to work to do them. GUESS WHAT? I know how to become absent too? PLUS, the so and so's do not know I'm going to put them in the trick bag this year...I DO NOT CARE....IT'S MY LAST YEAR!

4. TO OUR DEPARTMENT HEAD: Ultimately, it's YOUR job to do any IEPs that are not done. YOU are the one with 3 PLANNING PERIODS out of 5. YOU are the one getting the STIPEND for the extra work. THEREFORE, YOU should complete ALL IEPs for caseloads that have vacancies or the teacher is a no show.

5. TO OUR SE ADMINISTRATOR: How are you going to ask for suggestions on something, but you do not want anyone to voice their suggestions? How is it that you asked for suggestions, but you already have the answers?

6. TO THE SO AND SO IN MY DEPARTMENT that was too, too messy: See, it doesn't pay to try to harm others. While we have reported to work as mandated, you are at home hoping and praying your laid-off butt gets a job this year. Rather, you hope that you get back to our school cause your on again off again hubby is coaching and teaching there, to keep tabs on him.

I bet this year, you will keep your trap shut! I doubt it...so and so!

WHEWWWWWWW! That feels better! I'm ready for tomorrow!

Chile, I've been there since 96 and the stories....some of them you just would not believe. Serious azz D-R-A-M-A!

We have been Peyton Place, GH, Y&R, BB, OLTL, AMC,GL,P, and all soap operas rolled into one.

SERIOUS MADNESS on the homefront...

Oh, I only posted about Sp. Ed. issues, I didn't touch on my frustrations with the general ed population.

Do trust I'm not crazy... that's why I put where folks were from.

I just put all those posts up this one and only one so peeps leave me alone sometimes. I do apologize for any headaches I may have cause, but ya'll should see all the emails I have in my ebox for "requests."

To Sallie Mae: Never in my life would I think I would be thanking you. But thank you for helping me put things in perspective. You must have known that I am at a cossroads at my job. You must have known that I've been unsure for awhile if I was going to stay at my company of look for a new job. Thank you for sending me my payment booklet the other day. Thank you for making my monthly payment higher then my rent

If I was usunsure as to what I needed to do about my job before, I certainly know what I need to do now.

To my bosses: We've spent 219 fun-filled days with each other. I have been the model employee(or so you have said) I've put up with alot the senseless mindless crap from you, the customers,and my co-workers. Thank you for giving me "Meets Expectations" on my review. That just really made my day. Makes me feel real special and apperciated. Thanks also for my raise. It was more then I was expecting.

To my sorority: I have only been a member for a short time, but I want to thank the founders for having the courage to see make there dream come true. I think I've become a much better person since I've been a member and I look forward to working hard and representing to the fullest. To the Kappa chapter: Ladies, I look forward to working with you. You guys are awesome.

Tp CJA: C, I was blessed to have met you here on GC. I was blessed that we became friends. You have always been there for me. I am proud and honored to call you my sister and my soro. To Ideal08: You are stronger than you know. This year seems to have brought a time for change. New body, new do, new attitude. Cut the extra baggage girl and just enjoy life. You're the one who keeps ME in stitches. Sometimes we're so much alike it's scary!I've said it once and I'll say it again, you're one deep sista with the ability to achieve anything you want. Keep believing, don't sweat the small stuff, and get prepared for November cause you still ain't ready!!!

To CT4: I admire you for being a brave cow and moving to a new place and enjoying it. God sent you there for a reason girl. These new challenges my just push you to do things you never thought possible. You have so many things that so many teachers don't have

. You really CARE about your students and their success. With a teacher that gives them her all , how could they go wrong? You've been there for the Brat and I through thick and thin, and for that I'll be forever grateful. You're a honest person who isn't afraid to say how she really feels especially to those you care about. I've learned many lessons from you even when I was too stubborn or foolish to admit. To All The Students Starting School in the Fall 2002: Good Luck with all your classes this semester. Remember not to get our your teachers nerves (and they won't get on yours)... pay homage to the cafeteria so you don't miss any meals... keep Jesus(Allah, Jehovah, etc.) in your life... don't do nothing that will get you kicked out of school and whatever you do.... enjoy being a student.
