Y'all are so sweet! Thank you!
Still no sign of Hazel. My husband and I have decided that maybe she was planted by Panhellenic like that guy Slugworth in the first Willie Wonka who kept testing the kids' loyalty. ("Let's see if she'll spread the word that we haze!")
Another sorority got their bigs and her friend down the hall is now the little sister of Tallulah's lifetime friend!
#8 is still looking at several schools but the 2 current favorites only have 1 sorority in common. No, I don't know if she'll rush!

How I remember following their rush thread and the gut punch of seeing "Blazercheer has dropped out of rush."

Or the gut punch of hearing it through the grapevine (they didn't have cell phones then). But she had cheering so she had a group to bond with...I always feel sorriest for the girls who don't pledge and don't have a tribe.

This thread will have to be updated in bits for privacy reasons.
Now, Tallulah really liked her college and her sorority but there was a dream she had had since childhood...to work for Disney. She applied for the Disney College Program and to her shock, was accepted the first time she applied. However, it meant that she would have to leave before initiation and Disney would not budge on this.
She left.

Tallulah put Greek life on the back burner for years. She was busy working for Disney and taking college courses. Still, it was something she hoped to take a part in some day in the future.

Well, that's a cliffhanger

Now I can tell you where Tallulah's permanent Greek home is, although she is currently working at Disneyland Paris.
Tallulah has been AIed into Phi Mu!

Congratulations to Tallulah that she's followed her dream of a career with Disney and that she's found a home with Phi Mu!

This is awesome! Congratulations!
This reminds me a bit of my own journey into Tri Delta, how I was busy working and living life but had regrets about not joining when I had the chance. I was so thrilled and amazed and grateful when I was finally initiated, and I'm sure your daughter is too. I get it.
Again, immense congratulations!
