As much as I hate sexual innuendo in shows, what you just described sounds like it was meant to be a gross parody more than anything. I hope they were trying to be disgustingly humorous.
If not, their sorors need to have a talk with them.

That would be a lot of wishful thinking. The problem lies in the thinking; I'm sure the majority of the audience would not have seen that as a smart parody unless the team actually made mention in the routine. The common eyes probably saw girls trying to be just as nasty if the boys. Whipped cream entering a woman's mouth and being spit out has only one connotation I would think of, and I'm sooo shamed for them.
Hayle, I'm shamed for us as sorority women. Can we show that we have standards at some point? That's why I don't like stripper moves in strolls.

I'm not.
With thousands of members, smart people have figured out that we're a diverse group of women and that no subsection represents the whole. Dumb people and those who aren't exposed to our diversity are of no concern to me.

*in my best Chandler Bing voice* Could you be any more elitist?
That bolded part got under my skin. I thought our collective purpose as Black Greeks was to uplift. Part of uplifting would be to provide positive role models for everyone, not just those who already know us. There's young girls that will be debutantes or are fighting some tough circumstances who might not have the first clue about sorority life but could be inspired by our sorors and sistergreeks. They may want to be like us someday. However, watching some pornographic simulation as a twisted portrayal of organizational pride is shameful display that could confuse young girls. It could confuse those who have not been exposed yet but are bound to be exposed at some point in life.

When I was at Provincials in Pittsburgh last spring, I was thinking the exact same thing. These young kats here are on some whole 'nother level kind of stuff with their strolling. Just let me do some plain vanilla type strolls before yall be throwing all kinds o' extras in the mix, yafeelme?
This one stroll I vividly remember had much more to do with clapping and throwing the yo to the left and the right with some shimmy moves added than us doing any actual strolling--we would only stroll four steps at a time before getting into the elaborate hand moves. I had to leave the stroll line to do what I do best--twirl my cane!!
What can I say? I learned all the 90s Kappa strolls only to learn in the new millenium, they're obsolete. Keep it simple, Nupes!

^^^I think I have seen that stroll you speak of LOL
Alot of my peer orgs (and NPHC orgs as well) think we need to be extra with strolls....the simplest strolls entertain people, you're not on So You think You Can Dance or Dancing with the Stars you're strolling to a beat plain and simple...*shrugs* I was trying to learn a stroll but it was way too extra (I felt I had to be a professional choreographer ), I'm all for simple strolls especially if you're just doing it at a party that's not hosted by your org.

Yeah, strolling gets really complicated when you look at undergrads doing their thang at a function. If I can't get those new school strolls, I always have "Old Faithful". But trying to learn too many of these newer strolls can make you lose an important phone number in your memory because you remembered one too many 8 counts to a stroll.
