Didn't some Beta Theta Pi alum give millions to his PSU chapter for a huge, luxurious house?

Yes. He gave his chapter over 8.5 million dollars. They did a complete restoration of the existing house that Beta built in 1929. The house is located at 220 North Burrowes Street in State College, PA. The house can be viewed from the street via Google maps.
