i think it is funny when we reply to the "what is the best fraternity/sorority at ABC school" thread with fake names from animal house or revenge of the nerds.

How could you forget these?

"My two friends (the only two women on the campus who will hang out with me but I won't tell you that) and I have started a sorority and we want to call it [insert name of existing NPC group]. Is that a good name?"

or

"I started a sorority (during finals week last year b/c I was tired of studying, but I won't tell you that, let alone reveal my GPA) and we now have five chapters (I won't add that average chapter membership is 3) including one on [insert name of another continent]."

or

"Ewww, how can there be a noncollegiate sorority with initials the same as [insert name of infamous white supremacist org]. I would never join that!"

I am rolling on the floor but will play along....I have never followed any of Tom Earp's posts. What recreation drugs do you need to take for those posts to be clear? Oy vey.

My favorite recent newby posts have been about ghost groups and AI but my all time favorite is "there is an abc badge on ebay and oh, my god, don't they know that badge is the property of the sorority. Those monster ebay sellers!"

I joined the BB this summer and this was one that amazed me at how often it was asked:

I'm going through Rush at Super Competitive Southern College. I know you all said a PNM shouldn't wear this or that, but I have this fabulous dress (that basically makes me look like a desperate streetwalker). I want to wear it for Pref. What do you think?
