I think I'm taking the Yuengling Factory Tour for my upcoming bday.
I do love my some Yuengling. I did enjoy Kona Longboard this summer. They're starting to sell it in Jersey, which makes me happy.

I do not get the hype over Blue Moon. It's just not that great to me.

Mmmmmm, I love it!
I've also discovered Duvel. It's just like a Blue Moon, but better!

I liked Blue Moon in college, but the husband has darkened my tastes considerably. Now I lean more towards the stouts.

We have a Dogfish Head Alehouse here in the metropolitan area that I've been trying to get Mr. LH to go to, but it's kind of out in the suburbs. I'm starting to come around on the pumpkin ales. I had the Blue Moon Pumpkin Ale over the weekend and really liked it.

Yep - it's not bad, it's just not the first thing I'll go for. I tend to like darker beers better so I'm sure that has something to do with it.

Blue Moon isn't good, and it's made by Coors. Ew. My hatred for Coors aside, that's not my style of beer. I prefer India pale ales, stouts, and porters -- and the occasional pumpkin or chile beer.

Belgian white ales make me vomit - although some more traditional "witbiers" like Boulevard's Zon are a little better, but yeah, Blue Moon is way down my list, like toward the bottom.

Yeah - there are definitely better belgian whites out there, especially for the price. I tend to like dark beers more (the Rogues of the world), but don't mind a white every so often.

ha, I was being serious - I actually vomit on Blue Moon and Hoegaarden . . . I think it's the corriander taste more than anything, or possibly an allergy.

Well, I think it's a crappy beer made by a company run by people whose politics disgust me -- although I'm not sure that people outside the state would know much, if anything, but the Coors family. That said, if you like it, cool -- I just think there are much, much, much better options.
