TV STAR SHOOTER SENTENCED
Man convicted of killing Merlin Santana gets 25 to life.
*The man convicted of shooting and killing
actor Merlin Santana of The Steve Harvey Show,
was sentenced to 25 years to life in prison.
Damien Gates, 21, was sentenced in Los Angeles
last Wednesday with the judge calling the killing
truly senseless. Gates was given two 25 to life
terms, plus 20 years and an additional life term.
Santana was shot in the head on Nov. 9, 2002
while sitting in the passenger seat of a friend's car.
Gates was convicted Feb. 5 of the first-degree
murder of Santana and the attempted murder
of another man in the car.
Two other people were charged in the case.
Brandon Douglas Bynes, 25, who pleaded guilty
in January to voluntary manslaughter and assault.
He is awaiting sentencing. The other person charged
is Monique King, 17, who is charged with one count
each of murder and attempted murder. An officer
involved in the case testified that King falsely
claimed that Santana had tried to rape her,
which prompted the Gates and Bynes
to attack the car.
Its girls like Monique King that should be shot on site! A man is dead and another in jail for life because of trifiling games.

This just seems a little off to me- they never truly made it official, so how can it be over?
Anyway, until i stop seeing them together in pictures (NBA All star game, restauraunts, and shows) then I might belive this. This just seems a litle fishy, I going to wait and hear it oficially.

Turning them into one name is a sure sign of doom. How long was it between Jen and Ben becoming Bennifer, and the break up?????? Bey-Z always did seem like an odd couple to me, I couldn't put my finger on why, but they just seemed odd.

You're not the only one with that feeling. Bey-Z looks odd as a couple, in the same way as Jen and Ben/Bennifer did. I still think Jen Lopez needs to be back w/Sean Combs.
