I just went back on program this week after a couple month hiatus, and I lost 4.0 lbs.

...and I thought I had a bad week!
I went to get weighed in this morning and I lost and 1.6 pounds. So my new total is 7.4 pounds in 3 weeks. I am really pleased with myself!

too bad i'm horrible at actually keeping track of points. but i'm trying to be good!

I tried Flex Points and I don't like them at all. However, I did lost 30 pounds on the point range program. I have decided to try that again. Even though the Flex Points are essentially the same thing, I think for me, it's how it looks on paper. It's all about perception. I'd rather have a daily range then have all of the flex points in a bank. So, I have pulled out my old books from the point range program and I'm going to try it again.
If anyone needs the old point ranges, here they are:
POINT RANGES
18-23 <150 lbs
20-25 150-174 lbs
22-27 175-199 lbs
24-29 200-224 lbs
26-31 225-249 lbs
28-33 250-274 lbs
29-34 275-299 lbs
30-35 300-324 lbs
31-36 325-349 lbs
32-37 > 350 lbs
Remember-don't get mad if you blow a day. You can always start fresh the next day! Much success to everyone! JOURNAL!! JOURNAL!!! JOURNAL!!!

I need to get back to WW (I lost 28 lbs last year) but I don't know if I want to go to the meetings or try to do it online. I'm not sure I am earnest enough to do it on my own without having to actually go and have someone weigh me.
Anyone doing WW online? Pros and cons??

Really? How many points is she on. I find that the portions are perfect, infact, I didn't realize how much I actually did eat until I went on weight watchers...
It's takes a couple of days to adjust, but that's the same with any diet.

Congrats!!!
I'm down about 5ish. Since I'm doing it myself, I don't do a very good job about weighing in like I would if I were going to meetings.

It is the crappy weather. I totally have the winter blues. I haven't had fast food in about 3+ weeks and I'm totally craving some McDonalds. Maybe I'll go on Dotties and see what low point fast food I can have to just satisfy this craving and move the heck on.
