Awwwww! Could Matthew have been any more wonderful as she kicked him to the curb? He was so elequent with his words...I was so sad to see him go! As far as Ian goes - Will you?.....Will you WHAT?!!!

Oh and they showed a commercial about tthe next bachelor and he is someone that plays football

Meredith may have followed her heart but I just have a feeling that either Ian won't make it down the aisle or he'll be husband #1.

come on ABC pick up Matthew to be the next bachelor (after the football player that is).

I'll be right in line signing up to be on the bachelor just to get the chance to go for Matthew. He he.

I love how Meredith is following her heart and that is what is important. Since the show is still going on right now, I don't know what Ian is going to say.

Matthew is such a hottie. Come on ABC be smart. He he.

Women, lets all email ABC saying we want Matthew. Oh wait, problem is that they had Bob and look how that turned out. Oops.

I just got done crying my eyes out as Meredith said goodbye to Matthew...I don't even want to watch her and Ian together, but I know I will.

I CANNOT believe she chose Ian!! Where was the connection between the two? I think I think it's on a plane somewhere doing some international traveling.

She said she always chose the wrong guy, the bad guy. Looks like she did it once again.

And Ian only proposed because he was so caught up in the moment and was thrilled that she chose him. He either will get out of the relationship before the wedding or shortly after they exchange I DO's.

It's all about Matthew. Hottie boy from Texas. He was SOOO in love with her! I don't think Ian was in love with her. He was in love with the idea of having a woman care for him, and I guess Meredith is willing to be his Mom. She said it herself: "I will always be here to take care of you. You will never have to worry." or something to that effect.

This is the ONLY Bachelor/Bachelorette season that has left me disappointed. I hope this doesn't ruin my Bachelor/Bachelorette addiction.

Meredith is so dumb! I cannot believe she didnt pick Matthew. I just felt SO SAD when I saw him get out of the limo!!!! I almost wanted to turn the t.v. off right away and not even watch anymore of it!! I am sorry, but she led him on, and the poor thing had his hopes up. How can she tell him that ever since she met him, she would be honored if she got a ring at the end of all this. That was SO MEAN of her to do, why do you say that?????

I do not like Ian and I predict that their relationship will not last very long because he doesn't care for her. Matthew on the other hand handled everything so great, and she is a fool not to pick him. Matthew is too good for her! I really hope he becomes the next Bachelor, after Jesse Palmer- whom I do not think is very attractive at all!

I WILL BE "TAPING" AFTER THE ROSE TONIGHT BECAUSE I DO NOT CARE TO WATCH MEREDITH AND IAN TOGETHER FOR THE FIRST TIME. FRIENDS IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN THEM. The only reason I will even tape it is to watch cutie pie Matthew!
