Here are some examples of skull caps or "skullies". They can be with a mesh-like material or cotton, wool, etc.
 
So yes, basically, they do not have the "flap" hanging down in the back.

I don't care what anyone says..baggy pants just ain't cute anymore..maybe years ago..but c'mon now...especially for grown-ass college men have no business.. That is just my taste..and if my man bought him some baggy pants..I would buy him *** a belt

what a bunch of morons. why are you guys so worried about how other people dress?
ill tell you this.
ill put on my baggy pants. my lakers (kobe bryant) jersey, and even though ive never worn one, ill put those ghetto panty hose rags on my head and go to one of those gc meet ups.
and i can guarantee, i'd end up banging 40% of the girls here. the other 60% i would not touch, not even to prove a point.

I would think that he'd basically touch the girl from the waist up since that'd be a little under 40% of the body. Get all the way to third base. But since she's only a 40 percenter, she'd be no good for anything other than head.
