PUKE! I don't like Helene. She seemed so detached...and if she said "like, you know" one more time I would have punched the TV. I feel sorry for Brooke.

Me too, Leslie, me too. Brooke and Aaron seem much more close than Aaron and Helene. More of a bond.

Helene annoyed me with her pronunciation of Aaron's name. I know it's nit-picky, but anytime she would say it, I felt like I was watching The Nanny.

I felt bad for Brooke, but I could see where the age difference could cause him to believe they are at different parts of their life. I think that may have been one of the reasons he kept Brooke around for the end.

Just my thoughts...

the show made me cry!! I just want to settle down and have babies, I know I am only 21. I have my life ahead of me, but that is a dream I've had since childhood!
Brooke is such a selfless person!

I KNEW he would pick Helene, although I rooted for Brooke. I definitely think that Brooke and Aaron would have made a better match. Boooo to Helene!

Oh yes, btw, one of the local news stations came over to my house during the show because we were having a Bachelor watching party. I got to come out on TV!!

Man! I was so sad to see that Brooke wasnt the one! I knew he wasnt going to choose her the second she walked out of the limo, because the one that doesnt get picked goes first. Besides that, everytime they would go to a commercial break and show clips of what was to come, they would show Aaron saying "this breaks my heart" and they would switch the camera on Helene. Kind of like making it seem she was going to be the one to go.

I dont like Helene, never have, but was still happy for her. I dont think she was being her true self on the show. Yeah, she might seem nice now, but just wait until the cameras are gone! Thats just how I feel.

However, I think Aaron always liked Helene from the start because remember when he gave her his number?

Poor poor Brooke. I know that she will find happiness in the future, but for her to have to go through this was tough, i almost cried for her, and a little part of me thought that she might have actually been the one!!

Tomorrow all three of them are going to be on the abc morning show, or whatever it is called. I will not be home, but I think I will have to tape it!!!

I am looking forward to the Bachelorette but it would have been nice if they would have picked someone besides Trista from last season. On that same note, however, I think Brooke should be the Bachelorette!

i was happy when he picked Helene! It seemed like he didn't have to lead the conversation as much with her, and I thought that Brooke jsut seemed more fake. That's just my opinion.

I think Aaron was a fool to cut Gwen!

Anyhow, being a Banking kind of guy, I do think Helene fits into his life better than Brooke. I thought Aaron's Mom was so RUDE to ask, "You're 27, when I was your age, I had 3 kids, etc. etc, why aren't you married yet?".

Oh yall I CRIED tonight when he cut Brooke! I knew the second she got out of the car though she'd get cut b/c it's obvious whoever goes first is gonna get cut. I cried when Aaron told Helene he loved her though and when he actually proposed, I *REALLY* didn't expect him to! Also, I agree with whoever said that Helene's pronunciation of Aaron's name is weird, she says it like Ehh-ron, or something, I dunno, she just bugs me! And I thought it was kinda tacky that she bought him a money clip? What's wrong with somethng like plain 'ol cuff links? (And was that a Tiffany's box that it came in?!) Did he say he wanted one or something earlier on? Because that part was just weird! Anyway, I am very sad to see this season end

, but I can't wait to see tomorrow morning on Good Morning America what it will be like with Aaron, Brooke, and Helene! Eeeee!!!

They don't know each other well enough to be engaged.

Helene is cool but I felt SO BAD for Brooke. I think she really was falling in love with him. But I DO understand the age thing. I'm 25 and I still don't know what I want

I like Helene but I would of been CRYING if this man I am in love with is proposing to me. I mean for real. She just got kinda like "oh ok". I like her but come on now.

I won't be up that early tomorrow but someone fill us in on what happens on Good Morning America!

I really do think that if it would of been between Gwen and Helene, he would of had a tougher choice.

I watched the end of the last show.. no previous viewing so correct me if I'm wrong.. but my girlfriend tells me that he broke off his previous engagement to be on the show? If so proposing is just something you do to string a girl along.

Hahaha yea my friends and I definately noticed that, but I mean come on, she walked in there with a freakin' backpack, she was obviously expecting to need a change of clothes.....hmmphh.

I agree with whoever said earlier though that she just didn't seem that excited when he proposed, if that had been me, I would have been bawling my eyes out. (Well, I mean if it had been the man I supposedly "loved" so much anyway....and when he said "I've fallen in love with you" she says "Well I think you know how I feel"....WTF, I think the desired response is "Oh Aaron I love you too, let's run off and make beautiful babies together....or something like that.

I can't wait to see if the honeymoon period is over, the "I wanna be picked, so I'll be sugary sweet" facades have come off and if they actually like each other. We all know we are on our best behavior the first few months of a relationship! Hmm!

Anyway, I didn't give a damn who he picked. Lord knows it doesn't affect my sleep at night. I just wouldn't subject myself to being picked like a cow being taken to auction!!!

HOWEVER, I would be the Bachelorette! YEAH BABY!

Note: If Aaron was on welfare, think Helene would have said yes?

It didn't appear to be "love", it was glitz!

No surprises here.

I feel sorry for Brooke, but the premise of the whole show sets up all but one of the girls for a major letdown. How could you let yourself fall for a guy who you know is spending his away time with another girl and is telling her the same stuff he tells you?

Personally, I would never let myself get emotionally involved with a guy that was actively courting somebody else. To me love and trust go together.
