OK...I just have to jump on the bandwagon and explain my name. I used to be LSUTigerGirl...but when I was trying to modify my profile something happened and that name got all kinds of screwed up. Sooo I just changed my old one up a little bit and the name TigerGirl was born. I picked LSUTigerGirl and TigerGirl because obviously I go to LSU and we're the FIGHTIN' TIGERS. I'm also a girl and I just happen to love tigers!!!!!

i guess mine is pretty simple. i am interested in joining a bglo, and if you know anything about bglo's, you know about the unspoken rule of discretion. you can read my name 2 ways: miss discreet or me is discreet

**just a side note, my signature comes from saturday night live's "deep thoughts from jack handy" that i think are hilarious. to read more look at: http://www-personal.umd.umich.edu/~n...pthoughts.html

I hope life isn't a big joke, because I don't get it.

Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

Maybe in order to understand mankind, we have to look at the word itself: "Mankind". Basically, it's made up of two separate words - "mank" and "ind". What do these words mean ? It's a mystery, and that's why so is mankind

I chose the name Rain Man, because as you all may have guessed, I can recall the dates and times and specifics of the most trivial events. I can tell you my last butt whippin' was on Fri, Dec. 27, 1985 at about 10:40 am. My first kiss was on Mon. July 31, 1989 at about 4:35 pm. My first day of kindergarten was on October 25, 1978 at 1 pm. I remember a 1978 episode of High Rollers (a game show) where out of 9 numbers on the board, only four remained, 3,7,8,& 1--the 3 was red, the 7 was green the 8 was lavender, the 1 was pink. Column One was blank, Column Two had the 7 & 8, Column Three had the 3 & 1. Oh, and the numbers were in a jersey-style font.

Lemme quit!! Yall get the picture. I am considering changing my screen name to Match Game '73 (yall should know why!!)

I post to a number of firearms related boards, big surprise. On one of them there was a police officer posting from Victoria, Tx who noticed that I owned most of the guns that people discussed. He made a comment that I owned too many guns, so my first name, Jeff, and OTMG, Owner of Too Many Guns.

Mine's pretty simple too. My sorority name is Sister Plum and that's where I got my username! I got Plum as a sister name because of my weird fascination with the color purple. My sorority was invited to another greek's ball when I was pledging the sorority. I wore my purple prom dress to the ball and it happened that my cell phone matched the dress PERFECTLY!!!!! So the sisters thought that was cool, and thus was born my sister name of Plum!

At the time I registered I was still exclusivly dating a guy whos last name is Gibbons...it was also my email username for sometime as well. He and I are not as close now (another subject in itself) and my email has changed since then but it seemed kinda silly to change something like a username on a message board...

OK. T and C are two of my initials, and Sparky b/c for the past 6 years I have worked as a lighting designer in theaters. Lighting designers in theaters are traditionally just nicknamed "Sparky" instead of the cast and crew having to learn his (or her) name at every theater.
