Actually from the information given it is very easy to figure out your college and then go from there.

^^^^It gets talked about in the big expansion thread in Greek Life pretty much everytime a KBG chapter disafiliates from KBG and pursues NPC affilitiation.

Of course we won't! We're too busy decorating our cutesy houses for recruitment and driving our Barbie dream cars around town to waste any time trying to understand you!

Someone here doesn't understand.
I don't think it's who you think it is.

It's cool, I understand now. My girls and I are on our own and we'll just have to fend for ourselves. I guess that's all there is to it.

See, here is your problem. Your defeatist attitude. People pick up on that easily.
Turn yourself around. Take a minute and calm down. The situation is not as bad as you are making it.
Focus on what you feel your chapter does right. Maybe it is a philanthropy / fund raiser event. Maybe y'all are known on campus for showing the most spirit during homecoming week, something like that.
The way you are going now you are just showing all your negatives - and every chapter has that. The difference is that successful chapter, no matter the council, accentuates the positives about their chapter.
It can be as simple as effective marketing.

See, that's a problem right there. Like how I'm on GC making a fool of myself, I'm doing it alone. I do this all for my sisters. A lot of times I feel as though if the chapter were to close then they wouldn't care. If I don't roll up my sleeves and strap on my boots then almost nothing gets done. In short, they're just...lazy. Trust me, I wear my letters all the time, go to Greek oriented activities to show support for others, participate in fundraisers and other meetings. Just this semester me and TosfadKBG were elected onto the Greek Council. I didn't do it for me. I did it because if I didn't then KBG would have missed the opportunity. Again I mean, you're right the attitude definitely has to change. I just can't bear the whole weight on my shoulders.

Uhh...were we supposed to fend for you?
If you're having issues recruiting, you need to step up your efforts, not try to switch organizations.

You're not on your own. You may not be a NPC member, but you do have a national headquarters. Talk to them. Stop spreading your dirty laundry on the intarwebz.
Now I am heading back over to the umbrella to borrow AOII_Angel's cell phone. Gotta make a call to my headquarters to find out why my free credit card, bracelet and diamond earrings were lost in the mail.

Call my HQ while you're at it...my freebies are 18 years late. LOL.
Seriously, though. NPC membership doesn't have those kinds of perks. Yes, some GLOs do have the option of getting a credit card with their logo on it, but you have to pay the bill. If your "rush crush" is dumb enough to pledge XYZ just because she can get an XYZ credit card, you should be counting your blessings that KBG doesn't have that option! Also, I agree with what AOEforme said, your chapter should really adjust how you target women for membership. Competing head to head against NPC chapters isn't in your best interest. Highlighting the advantages of not being NPC, aiming for a membership number that works for you (not necessarily chapter total for the campus) and looking for women who would be interested in a group that may be less expensive (since you don't have such high national fees as an NPC would) through informal recruitment would help.
