They were a tad bit hard on Stephanie and too soft on Jordin...Lakisha was best of the night

Melinda looks 40 but she can sing ...poor Brandon I think he wants to be voted off

Overall Diana Ross night SUCKED...THESE kids made a mediocre singer like Diana appear like a vocal genius

Stephanie, IMO, channels Monica, Beyonce, and Kelly Rowland. I, too wanted to hear the upbeat part of Love Hangover. She could have chosen The Boss. The guy just sucked.

I wasn't ready for that one? I just knew Brandon had one more week in him. Sandjaya should be on his way home, and not because of that hair don't he did--because vocally, he's out of his league. He was not good at all last night, and he shoulda went home.

I knew Brandon was going home, yeah Sanjaya needs to but Brandon or Hailey would have been next anyway.

I am interested in what Sanjaya is gonna do to his hair this week, hmm he's had it wavy, and lat ironed and roller set. My money is on some flips!

I was watching the news this morning, and apparently there's some stuff going on about the back-and-forth between Ryan and Simon the other night (when Ryan was talking with Melinda). Now people are asking if Ryan is indeed gay. Lil' ol' innocent me was thinking that it was just good-natured ribbing. And it probably was.

Also, some record producer (who signed Paris Bennett) mentioned a website that he thinks could possibly have something to do with Sanjaya still being on AI, in addition to all the little girls who think he's cute that are likely keeping him on board.

i saw on the Today show this morning where there is a website (i don't have the name nor do i want to put it out there) that is asking folks to vote for Sanjay (sic) to keep him on since he's seen as the worst singer. shock jock howard stern is asking his listeners to do the same thing. so far it is working although if more folks out-voted these other folks, Sanjaya (sic) may finally be sent packing.

but, the boy does have nice hair

and Brandon does look like William/Girlfriends and i won't miss him. he and his poor song choices needed to go...

votefortheworst has a little bit of influence but I doubt that millions of people are votingfortheworst. They have 28-30 millions votes a night on that show, the public can overtake them and that was proven when VFTW backed Antonella and Sundance, they both got sent home.

Sanjaya was good at his auditions but he's HORRIBLE now. I don't know why all the teen girls are into him cause guess what, he ain't into y'all! I'm just sayin.

I wasn't shocked that Brandon went home cause he hasn't been bringing it like he did in the auditions, a major disappointment and he looks like he's cocky. I really like Melinda and hopefully she'll get in the final two(but you know there's always a "surprise" every season.)

I also think the media is taking the whole Simon/Ryan ribbing too far as well. They ARE friends in real life.

This is a singing competition, not a beauty pagent. If it wasn't for Lakisha and Melinda I wouldn't even be watching this mess.
