TRINA'S HOME FACING FORECLOSURE
Yes, the house featured on 'Cribs'.

*The Florida home of raunchy
rapper Trina, which she proudly
showed off on an episode of MTV's
"Cribs," is currently in danger of foreclosing,
according to court documents
obtained by SOHH.com.
Florida's JP Morgan Chase Bank
has reportedly begun the process in
Broward County's 17th County Circuit
Court for more than three consecutive
missed payments on the home, which
is nestled in the Pembroke Isles gated
community.
Trina (real name Katrina Taylor)
bought the pad for $157,500 in October
1999, about a year before the release
of her first solo album, "The Baddest
B***h," reports SOHH.com. The value
of the house is now reportedly
worth $300,000.
According to a real estate
expert quoted by the Web site,
Trina, a former realtor, is still
able to hang on to her home
under Florida's "right
of redemption" laws.
"The right of redemption
allows the borrower to prevent
foreclosure by paying the entire
balance due to the lender," Tracy
Davis-Puchi, Esq told SOHH.com.
"However, this right ends once the
property is sold at a foreclosure. In
the early stages, if she can make
arrangements with the plantiff's
attorney and the bank, she could
pay up the arrearage and the attorney's
fees and the bank would drop the
foreclosure suit."
Another option, Davis-Puchi
told the Web site, is for Trina to
sell the house before the foreclosure
suit is finished.
"If she could sell the house
for $250,000, she might get a buyer
who would close before the house
was sold on the courthouse steps,"
she said. "This would pay back the
mortgage and the attorney's fees
and leave her with some money."

This is what happens when you get famous and spend your money on things that cost MORE than your house but have LESS value ...like her Bentley and Mercedes CLK she had parked in the front.

And she quit being a realtor to be a stripper

ETA: Why didn't she purchase the house instead of getting a mortgage? I guess that would make sense....

Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston Split

By JOHN ROGERS
Associated Press Writer

)

LOS ANGELES — Hollywood glamour couple Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston have split, his publicist confirmed Friday. "We would like to announce that after seven years together we have decided to formally separate," the couple said in a statement.

"For those who follow these sorts of things, we would like to explain that our separation is not the result of any speculation reported by the tabloid media," the actors said.

The couple didn't indicate if they plan to divorce, and publicist Cindy Guagenti declined to comment beyond the statement, which also said, "We happily remain committed and caring friends with great love and admiration for one another."

The separation, first reported on People magazine's Web site, comes 4 1/2 years after the pair's wedding and after months of speculation that their marriage was in trouble.

Aniston has recently been photographed in public without her diamond-studded wedding ring, according to People, although the magazine said the couple had spent the New Year's weekend together on the Caribbean island of Anguilla with Aniston's former "Friends" co-star Courteney Cox and her husband, actor David Arquette.

Pitt, 41, and Aniston, 35, have been together since being set up on a blind date in 1998. They were married in a lavish wedding on July 29, 2000, on a Malibu estate overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Some 200 people attended the event, which included four bands, a gospel choir, fireworks and tens of thousands of flowers.

Part of Pacific Coast Highway was shut down to accommodate the influx of guests, which included actress Cameron Diaz and most of Aniston's "Friends" co-stars. It was the first marriage for both.

Until rumors began swirling that they were about to split, there were near-constant tabloid rumors that Aniston was pregnant. The actress had told People in 2002 that she and Pitt eventually wanted to start a family.

"Absolutely it will happen but probably not for a while," she said at the time.

Since their wedding, Pitt and Anniston have been touted not only as one of Hollywood's most glamorous couples but also one of the film industry's most powerful. They are co-owners of the Plan B production company with producer Brad Grey, who earlier this week was hired to replace Sherry Lansing as head of the Paramount studio.

Aniston is perhaps the most recognizable star of "Friends," the ensemble show that concluded a 10-year run last year as one of television's highest-rated comedies. She also has starred in such films as "Along Came Polly," "Bruce Almighty" and "The Good Girl." Her father is veteran soap opera actor John Aniston.

Pitt, long one of Hollywood' most bankable film stars, is currently seen in "Ocean's Twelve." Other film credits include "Ocean's Eleven," "Fight Club," "Meet Joe Black," "Seven Years in Tibet," "Sleepers," "12 Monkeys," "Legends of the Fall," "A River Runs Through It" and "Thelma & Louise."

They have been dodging those rumors for months. I am sad that they really are splitting because they always look so happy and cute together.

What is the purpose of always dodging the rumors? Everyone knows that the tabloids are almost always 95% correct.

A cross-dressing crook who appeared to resemble pop diva Whitney Houston robbed a Wachovia Bank in Atlanta Friday. Surveillance cameras captured several images of the bandit, who wore a tan trench coat, black boots, and sunglasses.

The robber, who witnesses said was a man, entered the bank at 3019 Buford Highway about 11 a.m. through the lobby and approached the teller. He then produced a note that demanded money and specified that he had a weapon and would become violent if his demands were not met.

The teller gave the robber a bag of money and he immediately left the bank. The robber was described as a black male, 6 feet 2 inches to 6 feet 4 inches tall, weighing between 160 and 175 pounds, with a slender build. He wore black pants, black gloves, and a white scarf over a long black wig.

Anyone with information concerning the identity or whereabouts of the bank robber is asked to contact the FBI at 404-679-9000.

Rap Superstar Trina (news - websites) has set up an emergency website that calls out to all fans to help keep her home. It was reported earlier this week that the Miami native's $157,000 home was being foreclosed due to a series of missed payments. "I would like to reach out to all my ladies, especially my fans, and ask them to help a sister out." said the rapper. "We all know how it is to be down on your luck, and the state of music sales aren't the same today in part because of illegal downloading and pirating. I promise to give all donors access to a special concert this summer in their honor."
Since the launch of the site at approximately 12am EST, the "Baddest B----", as she calls herself, has raked in over $12,000 of the funds needed. Although she did not disclose her contribution goal, Miami real estate experts estimate the amount is in excess of $100,000. "She'd be a fool to let this house go. It's worth over $300,000 now, and is expected to grow in equity by an additional 25% by the beginning of 2007." remarks Lin Chi, a popular Miami realtor to the stars. "At any rate, she must try to claim her house before the state's "right of redemption" laws take affect.

Anyone who gives money to Trina is not just a fool, they are a complete and utter DAMN FOOL!!!!!!!!!!

Maybe I should set up my own down and out website.

I need her to pawn all of her jewels and clothes; stop having lavish parties and get in the studio to record a CD or make a movie or something. I wonder if Krappa gave her some money.

A FOOL & THEIR MONEY are soooooon departed.

I always joked that she was not pretty enough for him but I'm sad that they didn't make it. I wonder what it is about hollywood that makes it so hard to stay together.
