I'm a loser, too lol! Good episode!
I haven't watched L & O lately, but a male cast member attends my church. I have no idea which one. He's cute, but not as hot as you.

I know that I looked to see if Jerry was showing any signs of his cancer. He just didn't seem to be the same. I am going to miss him....Fell asleep before last night's episode ended (imagine that...never happens to me) and TiVo'ed tonight's episode. Can't wait to watch it.

Their trailers were out there on Monday with their names on them right outside the door. I was kinda hopin I'd see one of them any time I came in or out that day...but I didn't

my thoughts exactly. I got chills during that ending. My eyes were about to pop out. I was more than a little freaked. That was still an amazing episode. I LOVE Law and Order endings. There is nothing like it on television.

I missed the ending! I saw up to the point where they realized that Martin Short was the same guy arrested in Canada. Can anyone fill me in on what I missed?
If you didn't check it out last night, Blind Justice was Great!! It is the show replacing NYPD Blue. There is why I missed the ending.

So much happened.....
Martin Short and his wife had a prison wedding two years before he was released. Although the wife was faithful to him, she lied and said she was a virgin when she wasn't. He knew she was lying because he could see it in her face. (Remember he had mastered the art of "cold reading." He had this mental thing where he couldn't perform in bed because his wife wasn't a virgin, so they went around kidnapping hitch hikers and raping them. The wife knew that it was her fault (so to speak) that her husband couldn't sleep with her, so she was an accomplice.
As you know, they kidnapped Sister Peg. They lured her into a big truck by pretending that the child was in danger, then hit her with a tire iron. She was rescued at the end, though.
But check this out....their baby was actually not theirs (since Ed Grimley couldn't get it up). They had murdered some woman who was 8 months pregnant and kidnapped the baby.
At the very end, Martin Short reached through the bars and put the wife in a headlock. Then he taunted Elliot Stabler. I can't remember what he said but the whole thing was riveting.

This is the thing I didn't understand.
1. Why did she stay married to him? Why did he stay with her?
2. What was the purpose of the baby? Did she think it would calm him down??

1. I think because THEY WERE CRAZY!!!!
2. I'm not exactly sure. I know that he definitely didn't seem attached to the kid at all.

I was tired after last night's show! That was great! I will never look at Martin Short in the same way again. I was like, this is the man who used to play Jackie Rogers Jr? The camera angles of his face at the end were very scary.
