This one with Kellie Martin. I cannot remember the name of it though. As a child her character was in a fire in which her mother and baby sister were burned to death. A man saved her and burned his arms in the process. She was sent to juvie until she turned 18 but claimed she was innocent the entire time. Antonia Sabato Jr. (yummy) also starred in it. I wish I could think of the name but I can't.
