HC the city school district hired me to work in the special ed. dept for the remainder of the year?

HC I am LOL at this?
HC I am upset that kids will see his actions and think that his behavior is OK.
HC you need to tell him he is so.......outdated?
HC I really really want to know how did he get the job?

HC It's sadly common among black, male teachers.

HC My students (well, former) are so funny!
HC Each year they have a speech theme contest (and a subsequent speech contest) to find the graduation speaker
HC The entire 8th grade has to submit three possible themes
HC I commented that most of the finalists were great
HC My colleague had to remind me that she had some rejects
HC one of them was, "We out the door, in 2004"
HC That had me CTFU!!

HC today was the last day before Spring Break?

HC my thugged out co-worker told me I looked good today?
HC he apologized for talking about my clothes yesterday?

HC we had like 5 kids in our class today?
HC they all left to go shoot hoops in the gym?
HC he and I talked today?
HC this is how he got the job: the original teacher left to have her baby. After her leave was up, she decided not to come back. They brought in umpteen subs who could not teach math. He almost has his BA in math (I think he has like 1 year left) and the district hired him to come in and teach on an emergency certificate until they decide to keep him for good at our school or place him somewhere else, like they are doing for me.
HC NO SCHOOL NEXT WEEK???!!!!
