ABC can kiss my butt with their scheduling. (and I'm a Disney stockholder!) I'm watching Friends and taping the bachelorette tomorrow.
This stupid "we gotta beat the other networks" scheduling drives me INSANE. They end up with all the shows people want to watch all on top of each other. Why can't they just spread things out so we have good shows Mon - Fri, instead all of them piled up on Tues and Wed at 8 and 9?
Ian won me over a little more tonight. Maybe he doesn't suck as bad as I first thought. But ohmygoodness, Matthew!!! Every week I just love that guy more and more. If Meredith dumps him, I think every single girl (plus some of the married ones too!) will be lining up to comfort him!

I am doing the same thing!!
Well I am DEFINITELY rooting for Matthew! He is just so awesome! I think Ian is a little freaky. I will be so shocked and dissapointed if Meredith doesn't pick Matthew. Every since she went on the hometown dates it seems like she knows its going to be Matthew. Even last night, she cancelled all the activities planned and even the romantic dinner just so they could be alone- it even seemed like Meredith was about to cry when they were in the hotel room and he was talking to her!!!
Since Matthew is from Houston, he is like on the news every wednesday night. It seems that he has been going to a bar and watching the show every week- so they interview him a little and he has even been in the paper- so Houston is definitely rooting for him.
I thought I had heard that the Bachelorette was going to wrap things up in March, but I guess they wanted to fit it in to February sweeps!
I am so excited!

Okay, so I got Chad and Ian wrong, but I still think she will pick Matthew at the end. As for the proposal...he very well might!

If ABC knows what's good for them they would definately make Matthew the next Bachelor!!!!!! Hell, I'd be filling out my application the second I found out. Grab that video camera. LOL.
I only actually watched the end of the show last night but I totally knew she would pick Matthew and Ian. I just knew it. He he. As for next, haven't got the slightest.

this reminds me of the Bachelor season with Andrew and Jen...i wanted him to pick Jen but i thought he would pick Kierstin who i absolutely could not stand. this time around i really want her to pick Matthew but I just think she'll pick Ian who i'm not such a big fan of either.

Sounds pretty similar to how I'm thinking right now
*I'll be sleeping with my fingers crossed for the next week that she picks Matthew!*

Ok, girls, Who is Meredith going to pick tonight?
My money is on Matthew, and I will be "tres" surprised if she picks Ian.
Also:
Did anyone watch "The Men Tell All"?
I missed it due to a scheduling conflict and I am wondering if I missed anything of consequence? Please tell me!

Ian. The proof is irrefutable. (The previews tried to be sneaky, but they definitely show it)
Plus they polled the men during the MTA and out of the last 6 to be sent home (Chad, Lanny, Ryan M, etc. . .), they all said Ian. Since they were around them and knew how they interacted, I would be prone to believe them.
Gah. I can't believe I've let this show take over my life as much as it has. Pathetic.

Hmm, I kind of have a feeling it will be Matthew. Although for purely selfish reasons on my part, I would prefer her to pick Ian so that Matthew can become the next bachelor (after the football player person that is).
Any girls up for Matthew being the bachelor, say I. He he.

I have a *feeling* it'll be Ian...Meredith was on Regis and Kelly today, and was asked by Regis to give her a 15 sec description of each guy, and he'd tell everyone who she picked. She first described Matthew as a Southern Gentleman, safe, etc, while she described Ian as affectionate, and some other things that I wasn't really paying attention to ....Regis told everyone that he *knows* she'll pick Ian, and then they did five different "probability" tasks (coin toss, Magic 8 ball, two dart boards, and a spinning wheel)...4 out of the 5 chose Ian as the big winner tonight.
If Matthew wasn't the one picked, I'll *definitely* tune in if he's one of the next Bachelors, but I'm too chicken to actually try out!
