If it makes you feel better, any club that I've ever heard advertised on Hot 97 was bootleg- Speed, Tunnel (also known as the grope me club), allll of them.

So you know how I felt. I'm 30 okay. And my friend & I looked so nice. That was the 2nd club I had ever been to in NY and I was born here! I go to other kinds of events so I'm not overly disappointed. It's just that I took time out of my very, very busy schedule. I don't think I am going to another club until graduation now!

Yeah you seem kinda past that whole club thing. You're better off aiming for small lounge-y places, maybe with a dance floor, right? You could try Noca. Small spot on Spring St. Or Aubette's- no dance floor but GREAT martinis.
