He should be able to give your daughter his dog tags regardless if it's not a fraternity lavalier. ZTA doesn't have any national rules about lavaliering.

As a freshman, I was pinned by a fraternity man, and at the time I wasn't aware of how meaningful it truly was. Now that I'm a sorority woman, I wish I had known. Even though we aren't together now, I think it would have let me know how much I truly meant to him.
