Irishpipes, can you confirm that the number I saw on the OSU Pi Phi twitter of 900+ PNMs enrolled in recruitment is accurate? It seems like a good sized drop from enrollment to bids if that is the case.

To FSUZeta, Phi Mu at Oklahoma State just won the 2nd highest award at their convention this summer. Most improved chapter in the country! Great chapter at OSU over the past several years. The Alpha Xi Delta house is on 4th street across from Tri Delta. Ironically, Phi Mu lived in it when they were first on campus before they built their new house. I love seeing chapters colonize successfully at Oklahoma State. Bring Delta Gamma there someday please!

Phi Mu built that house? I thought Delta Zeta was in the current Phi Mu house when they recolonized in 1989?

Phi Mu house
Phi Mu built the house on 5th Street. No, Delta Zeta never lived there. Phi Mu bought some old houses, removed them and built at that location. Phi Mu is the only sorority to live there. My sister, a Phi Mu, told me that Phi Mu had apartments across the street from SAE in 1979 when they first colonized and then had the apartments and the A Xi D house starting in 1981 for a few years.

Maybe we are talking about two different houes. Phi Mu is currently on 4th Street in a pink brick/cream frame house. I'm almost 100% positive that DZ was in the current Phi Mu house before Phi Mu recolonized in 1991. DZ was only on campus for a few years and colonized when I was a student at OSU.

Sorry, Irishpipes, typo on my end. The house is on 4th. Yes, same house. Delta Zeta may have used the property, but to my knowledge they never lived there. My sister is a Phi Mu national officer from Georgia and I know for a fact that Phi Mu built and owns that house. Not Delta Zeta.
