Daily Show covered this story tonight. Why do the idiotic people agree to be interviewed by TDS?

Because they think they're right and think oher people will see their genius "Hey, I'm just a family values man obsessed with a gay man!" What's wrong with that?

I'm guessing it has something to do with the money they get paid.

Do they get paid? They interview everyone from politicians to random crazy folks on those segments so I don't know what their policy is.

I didn't know he used to be a Congressional Intern. I've read several articles about this "situation" and this was the only one that made mention of the sort.

Sine this one appeared to be based on the list of 'charges' (so to speak) from the AG office, I trust the source to at least some extent. It's not clear that he's an intern specifically I suppose, but I don't know what other role a politically active college student would have ended up in.

Andrew Shirvell is getting sued, there's a copy of the complaint online.

My favorite parts are the faculty at his law school didn't think he should be a lawyer, and he accuses the man leading gay recruitment who is also a radical homosexual of being the Grand Dragon of the KKK and having Nazi beliefs.
