Mississippi State has quite a range. Is variable quota being instituted NPC/RFM wide in order to get chapters closer to total and focus less on quota? I know it was the practice at some schools, like Arkansas?

I think Ole Miss is the other one. Don't think State has done that. I'll see what I can find out.

I'm curious about how variable quote gets put into place at each school...does Panhellenic vote for this, do RFM specialists make the recommendation for it, do the chapters request it? Does anyone have knowledge of this trend because it does seem to be popping up more and more.

I heard Auburn issued 1401 bids today across 18 sororities, but no word on quota or the individual numbers. That seems like a huge number to me from 2009 when my daughter went through.
