I'm curious to see if there will be any changes in the format of Everyday Italian now that Giada is pregnant. Will they incorporate that into the show (which makes sense) or a lot of episodes before she starts to show and then switch to reruns while she has her baby. I think it would be great if she kept on cooking right up until she pops.

If you like the casual kitchen chef type shows, with the kids and the dogs and all that, check out Sam the Cooking Guy. Hysterical. He's always dropping stuff or burning himself but he makes really great recipes!!! He's on cable in South Orange county and SD, and on the internet. Kind of has a cult following now but I'm sure he'll end up in the food channel soon!

Does anybody like Ace of Cakes? It's ok, but somebody needs to inject Geoff with a personality. He's so bland

I love Ace of Cakes. I live near enough that I could visit, but alas, they don't allow visits. I think Duff seems like such a cool guy.

Last I checked Sam is also on Discovery Health. I <3 Sam so much. I got a round wood cutting block to be like him. I want to go to one of his cooking classes at his house. I would take so many pictures if he lets that sort of thing.

Robert Irvine Fired from the Food Network
I have to admit I laughed. How could anyone lie about such amazing credentials like saying they cooked for the royal family of Great Britain and several U.S. Presidents. Did he really think no one was ever going to check the validity of those claims?

I am stunned about Robert Irvine. Dude, he had the best guns on Food Network

I liked "Dinner:Impossible" -how could it take so long to find out that he had embellished his resume'? I mean, really - you see those kind of credentials and you don't, oh, I don't know, make a phone call???

So apparently they're "fulfilling his contract" and starting another show with him that was already in production, looking for a replacement host for Dinner Impossible, and they MIGHT, MIGHT forgive him later.

Does anybody watch any of the newest shows?
I really love watching Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives. Guy is so much fun to watch though if that were me, I'd weigh 500+ pounds.
The one show I freaking HATE with a passion is Simply Delicioso. Ugh. That woman irritates me beyond belief. I absolutely HATE it when she interjects Spanish words (much like Giada over-pronunciates her Italian words). It bugs the crap out of me.

I'd have to second that. There is no way there should be quite that much sexual tension while you are cooking for your family in the next room.
I still heart Elton Brown.

I just saw my first episode. I wanted to dive into my TV and punch the crap out of both of them. Ugh!

I miss some of the original shows like Two Fat Ladies. Emeril was ok for a couple of months before he became annoying, I've never liked Mario, watching Rachel Rae is similar to nails on a chalkboard and Giada bugs.
