My name's peak was in the 1950s. Not even in the top 1000 for the past couple of decades.

The influence is primarily feminine whether this name is used for a female or male.
Others who share your first name vibration include George W. Bush, Harrison Ford, Sharon Stone and Ann Margret.
Two actors, a vaudville queen, and an excuse for a president. Well, gee.
Just for giggles, I checked out "Maryanna"-yeah, she has all As.

That would be correct. My parents are quite creative with the names as my sister has practically the most popular name to comeout of the 70's.

This is what that woman said about my name
Emily,
The Candid, Justice-Seeking, Restless Initiator
This name has an isolating effect and may not be ideal for those wishing to nurture close, ongoing relationships. Take a look at how Maryanna "grades" this name, but do keep in mind that your Full Name also plays an important role in overall influence, thus this component of your name does not alone offer a complete picture of your moniker's effect on your life.
Health: B- for men, D- for women

The influence is primarily masculine whether this name is used for a female or male.
Others who share this first name frequency include Christie Brinkley, Minnie Driver, Desi Arnez and Emily Dickinson.
However, my name was #1 in 2003
eta: she talks about using this name for a boy...I have never heard of a boy named Emily...but when you look at Emil, the profile is different. I normally wouldn't care, but it's almost dead on for me...kind of freaky

You and I have the same middle name! I've never seen anyone else with the middle name Rae.
I thought it was interesting how my "grades" changed just by changing one letter in my name.....
Lindsey
The Intuitive, Quick-Minded, Refined Idealist
This name has a highly discordant influence and can be extremely stressful for just about anyone. A strong full name is imperative.

The influence supports both masculine and feminine expression.
So, is she trying to say that I would have been much better off if I had been LindsAy? Cause I always preferred it the way it is.

I can't even do the name thing because apperently there are no matches for Kiersta
Story of my life.... I was never able to get the "name things" that other girls had in their rooms. I always hated the first day of class because teachers could never pronouce my name (they still can't) and introducing myself to people gets old because they always comment on my name.
Its not so bad anymore, and I like that people have an easier time remembering me because of my name (that helped in recruitment!) but I wonder if other people with "different" names had those same problems?
ETA: If I had gone by my middle name (Danielle) I would get all A's....

The reply I get about 70% of the time after telling someone my name (Karen): "Oh, that's my mom's name!"

My parents actually chose it because my grandfather's name was Ray, but apparently it's pretty popular where I'm from because two of my best friends from high school had Rae as their middle name, too!

One of my friends from high school had the middle name Rae. During our junior year, we had to take chemistry and the teacher liked to shorten everyone's name down to one syllable. So she called my friend Al instead of Allison, and then we joked that if my friend went by Al Rae, she could become a country-western singer.

Oh my goodness, that's the story of my sister's life too. LOL Her name is "Krystyna" - that's the Polish spelling of Christina. Oh sure, she could get Christina, Kristina, Chrystina, etc....but never *her* name. Never. Not once.
Then, in 2003, I went to Poland to visit my family. Before leaving, I went on a side trip to Warsaw to do some sight-seeing. I was browsing along a marketplace when I saw that one seller had a table full of glass coffee mugs with names and their meanings in Polish on them. Eureka! I found one with "Krystyna" on it!! I was worried that it might break on the trip home, but it made the trip in one piece. When Christmas rolled around, I made sure to keep it aside so that it was the very last present she opened. I even videotaped the big moment. When she saw what it was, she started screaming with delight at the idea of having her very own store-bought item that *didn't* have to be customized! LOL I feel for all of you who have unique names....but almost *too* unique.
.....Kelly <----- my name isn't Polish, but my dad almost named me Katarzyna (Katherine).

Heather and Michelle were the two most popular names among the girls in my schools when I was growing up, and I was born in the late 60s.
