OMG Rory, get some COLOR!
I really like how Lorelai's handling things. Her parents want Rory...well they can have her.
I really hope Rory comes to her senses eventually -- though the rift between mom and daughter looks like it'll pan out for the majority of the season. I also hope it bites her in the ass. She's a heroine no more.
Rory finds out about her mom's engagement next week...from Luke.

I think Logan is right when he says that she will be back in school really quickly.... I mean, she's the "smart girl".
I love Richard and Emily... They just crack me up.

I love, love, love this show! So glad the new season has finally arrived.
I think Rory will be back in school as soon as her community service ends... and that she'll probably get tired of living under Emily's nose. Maybe she'll leave the house with a better understanding of the relationship between her mother and grandparents and exactly why it is the way it is.

I think Logan is going to dump Rory soon.

I read an article earlier in the summer talking about how well fans were responding to the Logan-Rory romance... so I think they'll keep him around long-term. However, that doesn't mean that they won't break up, get back together, etc.

Did you see the look on his face when they were talking about her being in school? I think that will definately put a strain on their relationship. He seems to WANT to be with that crazy smart girl who is so set on her goals of being a journalist.
Oh, and I think he is totally adorable so they should DEFINATELY keep him around.

Yes! That is exactly what made me think that he would dump her -- it's like she's trying to be something she's not, and he's not digging it.

The spoiler site I frequent has much of the season's spoilers already up, and I can't WAIT until someone makes his return (even if it's just for a short while). And no, it's not Dean. I don't think Christopher will make an appearance this season either.
Although I find it ironic that Jared Padalecki's new series has his brother's character named "Dean".

Can Albright score diplomatic coup on WB's `Gilmore Girls'?
Published October 18, 2005
"Gilmore Girls," the only TV show to have featured both literary giant Norman Mailer and Skid Row frontman Sebastian Bach as guest stars, is adding another feather to its casting cap, Zap2it.com reports.
Former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright will make a cameo appearance on the WB show Oct. 25. Playing herself, Albright will offer some advice to Rory Gilmore (Alexis Bledel), who's about to celebrate her 21st birthday but is estranged from mom Lorelai (Lauren Graham).
"I am a big fan of `Gilmore Girls' and I had a great time," says Albright, who filmed her appearance late last month. "It was an opportunity to do something different for a quick minute, and I learned how hard it is to memorize those lines."
"Gilmore Girls" creator Amy Sherman-Palladino has long said Albright would be a dream guest star for the show.
Mailer appeared as himself last season, and Bach has a recurring part as a member of Lane's (Keiko Agena) band. Past episodes have also featured guest spots by singer Carole King (who also sings the show's theme song) and porn star-turned-actress Traci Lords.
The Personals page was compiled by Cheryl Bowles from Tribune news services and staff reports.

It was FABULOUS when Emily was telling off Mrs. Huntsburger and putting her in her place ! I love them, although their snobbishness does make me mad sometimes.
I love Paris, her comic relief is classic, I LOVED their freshman year @ Yale when she had that life coach. Classic
I don't think the Lorelais will be apart much longer with the Grandparents against the Huntsburgers, maybe until the end of the season, but they'll work toward patching soon I think.
