If you read this thread, I have mentioned several times that it is from the NY Times.

Can you read? Last time you had difficulty.

And the whole point of bringing up Clinton was because AXEAM kept talking about dodging things and Clinton is the one that dodged the drafts so I asked if he said the same thing about Clinton.

Again, look at the chart and try and answer what economic policy Bush put into place and how it affected and hurt people.
