Yeah, they all kick most of our butts in numbers nationwide. I believe AKA and DST are around 250,000.

I have, TKE is about 15 strong on my campus and went 0-25 in all sporting events, also placing second to last in greek week. Sigma Chi i'm sure is up there, that was just a guess, dont quote me on that one...

Definately not to burst anyone's bubble but the KAT site says they have "number more than 170,000" with "more than 120 chapters".

That would only work if you could also get the number of years that a chapter was dormant, so that dormancy could be factored.

Still, I would be really surprised (in a good way!) if this is true.

I'm leaning toward agreeing with my (chapter ) sister. Some chapters are in the 200s (Mississippi State and Ole Miss come to mine) which would raise the average chapter size

Here's some info I found for LAMBDA THETA ALPHA, a Latina sorority.
They have 68 undergraduate chapters (including one in my school).
7 alumnae chapters in Texas, California, Ney York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Maryland, and Florida.
4 Graduate chapters in New Jersey, Connecticut, Texas, and Maryland.
The OMEGA chapter is reserved for deceased sisters. I don't know what this entails b/c I don't belong to this organization but I found it interesting.
