Do madness and drama come with posting here? I didn't get the memo.
I thought I could post without madness. If not, that's fine. I'll be on my way.

People who say mean and inflammatory things for no reason. Usually these are the ones who start fights and then complain about others who are offended by the conversation.
People who don't turn left at a double one-way street intersection. I mean, we have little roads around here! Come on!
People who can't just let others live their lives without condemning them!!!
People who are racially/culturally insensitive and don't accept that we ALL came from somewhere in Africa/Egypt (according to both Creation and evolution - I can't speak on other theories.)

my biggest annoyance...crowded trains (taking the T at rush hour or on the day of a Red Sox game is awful).
can't think of anything else that annoys me more

definitely agree..
although i'd like to add:
1. the people who try to get on the train when you're still trying to get off and then give you dirty looks when you try to get past them to get off.
2. people that either get off the train and stop right in front of the door or right at the bottom of the stairs so you have to stop short and then try to get around them. i find this happening all the time at park street.

absolutely - people who give you weird looks when they're standing by the door and you're trying to get off.
there are also the people who try to squeeze on the train when it's already packed, and give you a dirty look because you won't move, even though you're so close to the other person you feel like you should buy them dinner.

i'm also a huge fan of the people on who stand on the steps of the green line trains and don't move when the door opens even though there's plenty of room for them to move in the train, so it's impossible to get on or off the train thereby causing it to take forever for people to get on or off.

Especially when they're talking to other people and look at you like you're just interrupting their conversations. I've even seen people use their kids as buffers, surround themselves with children so they don't get pushed out of their space.
These are all big reasons why I walk to work now - luckily my apt. isn't too far from the medical area.

It really is the worst, especially the B line...I don't know why, it seems like there are more tourists on the B line than other lines.
The C and D lines don't get too bad; however too many of the D line stops are in desolate locations (even though it goes through nice areas, like the Chestnut Hill stop).

never been on the D line. sometimes i take the C line to harvard st. and walk from there to comm ave to avoid the B line. there are just too many stops and too many annoying BU students on there at times, no offense or anything!
