Yay for carb lovers! And, lest my message be confused...I think that McDonalds should stick with the Egg McMuffin for breakfast fare. And I think that mixing sweet (ie maple syrup) with not sweet (ie sausage) breakfast foods is the most vomitious concept ever. But I swear I read that it was an innovative and patented process by McDonalds. At least right now I don't think good ole Micky D's has a burger wrapped in lettuce like Carl's Jr...I mean crap, the McGriddle alone would probably blow your Atkins diet for at least a week.

Corina

ps- yes I realize how sad it is that I am so fascinated by the McGriddle. Rudey, feel free to mock me now.

LOW CARB PIZZA!

No crust, just toppings in a bucket, spoon out on plate!

A cop and TV bar we used to go to had a thing called Pizza Soup. Lot's of pizza toppings in a broth kind of thing. It was GREAT!

I agree on the bread foods with no bread being lame & scary.

New rant, also food related - Fancy-schmancy, nouveau, fusion restaurants that charge $12 for 2 eggrolls with a slice of mandarin orange and a sprig of parsley. I know presentation matters, but if I'm going to give you $12 then give me a meal...not an appetizer. Southern California restaurants have gotten so snooty.

So I'm kind of seeing this guy but trying to break things off with him.......but as usual am a spineless loser and having a seemingly difficult time doing so.

Is there such a thing as Dumping for Dummies?

We have and answering machine that we use to take messages and screen calls. There are some people (or computers) that call, get the answering maching and they either hang up or say "Hello! Hello! Hello! Hellooooooo!". For those call and leave the "Hello!" several times message, it's annoying!! Why can't they identify themselves instead of wasting their time and money uttering one word at least five times! GRRR!!!!

ARGH! I hate you Sunpass (Florida's electronic toll payment system). I have $3 on it which is not enough to bring Mr. ZTAngel to the airport on Thursday. Your phone lines have not worked in the last two days and I can't pay online because I forgot my pin number and you all won't tell me what it is. What's the worst I can do with my pin number? Put money on my account??? Also, having customer service representatives that speak English would be helpful.

Why is it that all of my friends seem settled down and content with their lives, yet I can't seem to find the work I love, nor the perfect place that will make me happy?

I know, there are others out there as confused as I, but I feel like my immediate circle of friends has so much more stability than I!

adpi's post kind of reminded me.....

I get so annoyed when people whose lives are so much less settled than mine, and who seem to be really struggling to get things together, give me unsolicited advice on MY life.....my job, my future plans, my social life.......it's like, graduate from college and move out of your parents' house, THEN MAYBE you may have some sort of credibility.

Ugh...

Spring is the season for illness! I get sick like every 3 weeks during this time of the year. Not allergies... I am talking the flu, congestion, ear infections, the works.

I got sick during Valentines day week and 3 weeks later I had the flu again. Here I am now, over the sore throat and exhaustion but now I have a serious head cold with an ear infection. On top of that... allergies. I went out to the IM fields for superbowl and my EYES were just itchy and I was coughing like crazy.

ARGHHHHH!

And to make things more interesting... I ran into a guy that I had a falling out with my last semester at school (we kinda dated, I posted about him once). We just kinda drove by each other and that was it. Stupid me tried to email him again even tho past attempts had been unsuccessful. Well he emailed me back yesterday... making it very clear that he is never home because he spends all his time at his girlfriend's after answering my question about a class he is taking this semester. I guess now he has to use her a safety net so I don't ask him to hang out anymore. Don't worrry hun, I won't be.

Guys just suck.

One of my guy friends (whom I suspect is into me) just got pissed off because I have a date tomorrow night......we had talked about perhaps hanging out together, but I wasn't sure what I was doing and neither was he....ie, we made NO DEFINITE plans. And yet he gets pissy and accuses me of blowing him off.
