Did y'all hear that there will be a serial killer storyline on Days???????

And that they will be using that as a way to get rid of A LOT of characters to make room for old favorites.

I heard that Abe would be axed! And Victor might also leave!

He finally became a daddy and they are going to axe him?

Since Victor is a meanie, I guess Nicole won't mind that he gets the axe... although the show will be weird w/o Victor & the whole DiMera / Kiriachus (sp?) wealth rivalry.

Do you think it might just be those 2 characters Days will 'kill off' or do you think there will be more?

My speculation is that they will kill off (or get rid of) some of the newer, more useless characters. I REALLY don't think the new (old) head writer will find any use for Rex and Cassie, even though I kinda like them. I liked them better as DiMera's though.

And they just need better stories for the more established characters.....why would they make John an ISA agent instead of giving him good business-related stories? The Young and the Restless and Bold and the Beautiful are both built on stories about business rivalries.

Anyway, I could go on and on about what Days SHOULD do....

ok today was the first time in about a month that I watch DOOL.. and I will never watch it again.

I heard the word "doomed" WAY too many times, and it sounds like this is going to turn into another 'passions'

I'm really upset about the whole Jack getting killed off. I think that is horrible. I love his character.

I know, Jack and Jen are so great. I can't believe that stupid Reiley fired Matthew Ashford AGAIN! Obviously he is not in tune with the fan-base.

I can't believe they are killing off seasoned veterans but letting those horrible "teens" live. At this point, they can get rid of Belle, Shawn, Mimi, Rex, Cassie, Brady and NicHOle (even though they aren't teens), age Will and Abby, and bring back Vivian Alamain, and we will be set.

Personally, I think that Tony will BE Stefano, and that these phone calls are all hallucinations or something. Like, I think that Stefano went somewhere and had plastic surgery (and gastric bypass surgery) and brainwashed himself to think he was Tony.

Okay, it's a long shot, but hey, this is a show in which the town shrink was possessed by the devil and PEOPLE STILL SEE HER! Would YOU pay money to get advice from someone who had the devil up in her?

I'm upset about the trimming of the cast too. And since Reilly has come back to write for Days, I have seen far too many similarities to "Passions" for my taste. Like all these "premonitions" and "omens." Give me a break.
