I can't believe that nobody liked Monica's second disc. That was the bomb to me! I loved it. I don't know what it was, but that is one of my favorite CDs.

I'll have to check out Kem and I like the song by Kindred that comes on BET's Midnight Love.

Has anyone heard that song by a girl named "Lumidee"? I kind of like it. Her disc comes out Tuesday (as well as Beyonce's) and they're on sale for $9.99. I may get it.

Okay, I may be repeating some songs that I mentioned previously, but that just means that they've grown on me.

It's Tamia. I heard the first release and it was originally done with Ashanti. The feedback wasn't great (as we all should know

This song was originally done by Changing Faces. I loved it when they did it, and I love Aaliyah's version as well.

Adding: I LOVE Rra's "Step in the name of Love". I'm getting this DJ to copy the entire Chocolate Factory CD. I told you I wasn't giving Rra my money.

I don't know about Blu Cantrell. I didn't buy her last CD and the only song I've heard from the new CD is "Breathe", which came out months ago.

I WILL be picking up Beyonce's CD at Best Buy. Best Buy is the only store that even had the CD on sale or in their Sunday circular. Maybe it's because the album was pushed up.

Don't forget that Mya's CD comes out next month on the 22nd.

2D:

"Step in the Name of Love" (original and remix) is a great song. The entire "Chocolate Factory" CD is great although it's been overshadowed by Rra's legal woes.

For those who would like to hear Ashanti's new CD, you can go toMTV to hear it. I'm listening to it and so far I can tell you that I will NOT be buying this one.

Okay so what is everyone's verdict on Beyonce's CD? I. personally, like it. It has a lot of different sounds on it and sounds nothing like the DC sound. However, one thing I noticed when reading the liner notes is that Jay-Z had a big hand in this album. His name is listed in the credits for about five songs.

Gina, I listened to Ashantis album on MTV also. It sucks. There is one tight song on there though, called Let It Rain. I will be downloading that.

I listened to the entire CD also libra. I didn't like any of the songs. She will not be getting my $9.99. You better watch out with the downloading, did you see the thread on Chit Chat?
